Dr. Kelly helped save my vision. I owe everything to him and his team. My appointments with him are always on time, quick and pleasant. Dr. Kelly is also a pretty funny guy. I am happy to be a patient of his.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kelley’s and his staff to treat a pituitary tumor. To this day, I continue to receive superb medical treatment and ample time with Dr. Kelley, Carolyn, and Stacey. The entire team has provided excellent medical care, superb bedside manner, and genuine compassion in regards to my quality of life – their level of medical care has remained beyond expectations. Dr. Kelley, Carolyn, and Stacey have truly demonstrated the art of treating their patients with true compassion while maintaining superb bedside manner, professionalism, and follow-up skills; they never give up on patients with complicated health issues such as myself. Dr. Kelley, Carolyn, and Stacey have addressed all my concerns and questions that put me at ease prior to surgery and after surgery. This truly has meant a lot to both my husband and me. It was very evident from the moment I met Dr. Kelley, Carolyn, and Stacey as a new patient they treat patients as individuals and do everything possible to improve their patients’ quality of life. I will forever be grateful and thankful to Dr. Kelley, Carolyn, and Stacey!

Have no idea what the patients that left bad reviews are talking about. His office staff is amazing, always there to help and get your messages through the doctor when he is bussy with other patients or schedule and authorize the tests that he sends you for (most doctors make you get the authorizations yourself). Regarding him, he is one of the best doctors I ever met and I have asthma and chronic sinus issues so I know a doctor or two. He is not only caring but efficient. He is not the kind of doctor that holds your hand and listens to all your problems while nodding, that is what therapists are for. People should really understand what they are looking for in a doctor before leaving a review. I am not looking for a friend, although I think he is super nice, he is to the point and efficient, that is all you should need in a doctor, I would have another surgery with him ANY DAY!!!

As an ENT doctor, he is horrible!

I was referred to Dr. Kelley, by my oncologist, regarding severe pain I was experiencing in my neck. I was concerned, as I had a history of Melanoma, and wanted to rule out metastasis...plus, the pain was cutting into my fun! Dr. Kelley’s staff was amazing and were able to schedule an appointment for me for the next day.Dr. Kelley was very professional and personable...asking thorough questions and listening to my concerns. I won’t go into the details of my case in my review, however the outcome was positive and I’m cancer...and pain free:)I have wonderful PPO insurance, however, after receiving the bill for the visits, I realized Dr. Kelley was out-of-network under my plan. (I’m sure his office went over this with me prior to my visit, but frankly I was more concerned with consulting with a top quality doctor, than I was with cost, at the time.) I called Dr. Kelley’s office and his account manager, Hope, was kind enough to negotiate the billing to an in network rate. They didn’t have to do that, but it was a much appreciated and kind thing to do.I highly recommend Dr. Kelley, as he is not only a very skilled doctor, but also an athlete, who appreciates his “over-30+” patients wanting to stay in optimal health and getting the most from life!

Dr. Kelley did an amazing job in correcting a very complex deviated septum, which I had suffered with for several years. His office staff were very patient, professional & communicative. Nursing staff at the surgery center took great care of me during pre & post-surgery. Recovery was surprisingly smooth with minimal bruising. I'm finally able to breathe properly & get restorative sleep. I really appreciate the work of Dr. Kelley & his staff to make this happen.

I have only visited Dr. Kelley for minor issues.  He appears professional, totally capable, and has good bedside manor.  However I had significant problems with billing.  For a brief 3 minute visit during which the Dr. addressed "swimmer's ear", and penciled a quick prescription, I was billed $1,400.  3 calls to the office manager to repeatedly explain that there was obviously an error in billing, 3 detailed conversations with billing, and a year and a half of fielding calls and letters from "collections", to which they sent my account, rather than address what was clearly an error in their billing.  I was never able to get the bill corrected.  Good bye!

I visited a couple of plastic surgeons for a rhinoplasty before meeting Dr. Kelly. Most were unsure of how to fix the problems I had with my nose. Dr. Kelly, however, immediately recognized my problems and was able to fix them perfectly. I had no bruising and my swelling was very minimal. I was able to eat normally the day after surgery and I felt perfectly fine. Dr. Kelly made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I am extremely happy with how my nose turned out and I can breathe much better!
