Dr Peters and his medical assistant Kailey are incredibly professional, caring, and genuinely want to figure out the best possible option for your health. Dr Peters is extremely thorough and is an absolute expert. Kailey was responsive and went above and beyond in helping me through the process. Would highly recommend them.

Dr. Peters was very easy to talk with and explained my spinal problems in very clear terms. After having seen 2 Neurosurgeons and another Orthopedic Doctor over the past 8 weeks and getting no answers to my specific significant pain, he prescribed a clear 3 step/options approach to treat it. Dr. Peters and Kailey (his medical assistant) are the best! Dr. Peters is kind, knowledgeable, patient and thoroughly answers all of your questions! Although he is a surgeon he doesn't push surgery and supports your goals as a patient. Kailey is amazing. She is so helpful, responsive, efficient, friendly, kind and compassionate. They are a great team that I highly recommend!

I highly agree with the other reviews. There are only two employees that work here, Doctor Todd Peters himself and his assistant Kailey. Both of them are great to interact with and are very open communitive and definitely care about your well-being and don't just go straight to recommending surgery ASAP. I want to give a special shout out to Kailey in particular. She is incredibly nice and helpful. When I was reaching out to other spine doctors in my area that my insurance covers, she was the first one to reach out to me by a lot. In addition, she was very helpful in many ways: getting an appointment, finding good MRI places for my neck, and even went out of her way to talk with my insurance company to try to advocate for me to get my MRI covered through insurance. Anytime I had any concerns about appointments or MRIs or anything billing, she was easily willing to call or e-mail back at her pretty quickly. As far as Doctor Peters goes, he was very open to my questions and input related to my neck and how it could have potentially related to my upper extremity issues. Thankfully, after he reviewed an MRI had from earlier this year and compared to a recent one, he was able to confirm that I have actually gotten better since the last time, but he still gave me references to get an EMG and nerve study from another doctor through referral. So basically, I highly recommend this place if you have any issues related to your spine. If I ever have issues with my neck or back again, I will definitely reach out here again. The only thing to keep in mind that MIGHT be a negative is that Dr. Peters is only in the office Mondays or Wednesdays so it can be hard to get an appointment with him other than those days. Kailey is always available to talk to on weekdays otherwise though.

I had a 17 mm protrusion in my L5-S1 disc, and was in a lot of pain. I saw 2 other doctors before finding Dr. Peters. Dr. Peters never makes his patient wait, takes his time every time to answer all your questions, doesn't pressure you in any way. I ended up having surgery, and he's a great surgeon! Thank you Dr. Peters!

It was my pleasure to discover Dr. Peters and his very capable and empathetic assistant Kailey during my research for a spinal expert. Professionalism, knowledge, efficiency, patience, expertise and comprehensive information may be, you might imagine, a thing of the past. Not so. If you long for real help, for mature medical office efficiency and competence, you have hit the proverbial jackpot. Pick up the phone.

I can't explain enough how happy I am with Dr Peters and his team. I came to him with a lower back pain and unlike other doctors who tried to push me to have a surgery right away, Dr peters took the time to explain my symptoms, recommended PT then gave me the choice to have the surgery or not. I chose to go the PT route, but unfortunately it didn't help, and months later I came back to him not being able to walk. I then decided to have the surgery and boy was I right to do so. <br>I had relief the day of surgery. I was able to walk and the pain of surgery was very tolerable. I only used icing and Tylenol, no pain killers at all. <br>After 3 months, some symptoms came back, I was outside the country, and Dr Peters graciously scheduled a zoom meeting to explain why my symptoms are back and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. <br>Sure enough, as Dr Peters explained, few weeks later the symptoms were gone. <br>I am going into my 6 months of surgery, and feeling good. <br>Sorry for the long review but I thought It was important to point out how amazing this Dr is and how attentif to all the concerns a client my have. <br>I also want to say something about the team, kayle , the Dr's assistant is simply amazing and her professionalism is outstanding . She made the scheduling and preparation for the surgery so easy . She is very responsive, calls back right away, keeps you updated. Dr Peters is simply lucky to have an amazing team. <br>Thank you again Dr Peters, you gave me my life back.

Dr. Peters is a highly skilled surgeon that was able to restore both mobility and quality of life for my father. I particularly appreciated the attention Dr. Peters (and team) paid to detail in the coordination of care- before, during, and after surgery. It is very apparent that quality, safe patient care is Dr. Peter’s utmost priority with every patient. We are so thankful to have found a spine surgeon we can truly trust.

Dr. Peters and his assistant, Kailee, are truly outstanding health care professionals. I have had two spinal surgeries done by Dr Petersen, first lumbar and second cervical. The pre-op and post-op process have been extremely smooth, and Dr. Peters have outstanding bedside manner that inspires confidence in him being a truly well-experienced and top notch surgeon. He would explain things in detail, and what’s amazing is that his prognosis has been 100% accurate. What he predicted would happen transpired exactly the way he described it. He wouldn’t tell you what you want to hear but what is medically realistic, and that is greatly appreciated. I would trust Dr. Peters with my surgery every time. All the best to you if you are looking for a surgeon to help improve your quality of life, and I can say Dr Peters and his team have greatly enhanced mine.
