Office staff do not return calls. I was referred to Dr. Hung by my Dr, but after leaving 2 messages then finally getting through only to be treated rudely w/ no assistance, I am looking for a different dr

Run from this Dr. Poor customer service, outdated office, outdated information package (does not even refer to the correct type of procedure in this packet) provided for your procedure, post op has been a nightmare!! I'm on week 7 (was told 2-3 weeks) of the treatment area still not fully healed because he did not put enough stitches on the high pressure area (confirmed by my regular dermatologist). I've done everything they've recommended and each time I call they don't even remember what they told me last time. I wish I would have avoided this guy after the first appointment and not getting a good feeling about the place. The whole reason to go to him was to have a less noticeable scar but that's not the case at all. My regular dermatologist would have done a better job and she's not even a plastic surgeon, she just pays attention to detail unlike Dr Hung. Please don't make my same mistake.

Dr Hung is an exceptional physician who has gone above and beyond for my family, even when an after-hours emergency arose. His work is precise and heals with minimal cosmetic issues. You can feel safe trusting him with complex procedures

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Hung and his team. I had a portion of skin removed from my face to remove some atypical cells, and of course I was not excited to go through the surgery but I knew it was a must for my health. Not only did Dr Hung perform a beautiful surgery and stitch work, but one of his staff members held my hand during surgery to help comfort me. Very staff member I met and talked to was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Today, all my atypical cells are now removed and my surgery is healing beautifully! Thank you Dr Hung and team!

I flew in from Missouri to have Dr. Hung perform my Mohs surgery and reconstruction. I had seen him prior to moving from California. He is the only doctor I trusted to do this surgery because it was in a very visible place near the end of my nose. The results were wonderful: you can't tell where the surgery was performed. I highly recommend Dr. Hung and his office.

Even with the strict Covid rules in place for his office, it was worth it to me to comply, and isolate for 2 weeks prior to coming to his office for the surgery. The results of the surgery near the end of my nose were professionally executed and you can't even see where the skin graft is located. I would highly recommend Dr. Hung for anyone who wants the best, most professional Mohs surgery and reconstructive plastic surgery.

I had a melanoma removed. First the doctor was an hour late with no explanation. Then he asked me if I wanted an anabiotic of course I have no idea that he said no maybe not. Went back to the follow up visit oh I have an infection. Try to follow up after two weeks can’t get the office 4 times-and no call back response. Hard to do wound care when the Dr won’t call or email.

Went in for the Mohs surgery on July 13 couldn’t be happier with results thank you to Dr Hung and his staff all hard workers thank you
