Worst customer service ever. Didnt feel like Hoag at all. Called the office 2x and waited on the line for 15-20 min on each call. They couldn't make an appointment w the Dr. Speir unless i know the last day of my period or my due date. Explained the situation and still couldn't get an appt. Such a waste of time. Decided to not go with this MD because i know its NOT going to be a good experience and dependable! Stressed me and the baby out!

Amazing doctor who we would want for our next pregnancy! Top notch and hope for our second we can see her again!

Dr. Speir is an amazing doctor that always enters a room with a smile. She will take the time to listen to your concerns, give you time to ask questions, and explain every step to you. Dr. Speir has been my doctor for both my births, but only delivered my first baby and Dr.k delivered my second and she was also amazing. Highly recommend pacwha to everyone I meet. Dr. Speir even gave me an email so I can reach out and connect with her if I ever have any questions and need an answer right away.*** if you are pregnant they do 3d and 4d ultrasounds which is a nice added benefit

Dr Speir has been my physician for several years now. She came highly recommended, and I want to pass on that recommendation. I cannot say enough good things about this amazing woman. She is kind and personable and has patience and wisdom. I went through a series of medical issues, one of which landed me in the ER for 22 hours. Dr Speir drove to Hoag ER to see me and take over my case. When I discharged from the hospital she called me multiple times after hours to check on me. This level of incredible customer service is SO rare. In fact, I cannot think of another M.D. who has gone so far above and beyond the call of duty so many times for me. Dr Speir is an expert at what she does and a delightful person. I am eternally grateful for her.

I took consultation from Dr. Speir right from pre-conception to postpartum. Found her very professional, cordial and admire her expertise. Was very lucky to have her on call during my delivery. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Amazing doctor that took the time to get to know me and my family. Cannot tell people enough how amazing my experience was with her group and hoag hospital. During each appointment while pregnant she took the time to explain everything, and left time for me to ask questions. I feel like she goes above and beyond for her patients. Highly recommend her!!

While Dr Speirs is a nice OB she needs some serious training in what professionalism is. She was always late for every single of my appointments. We waited a minimum of 45 mins to an hour each appointment. This is Extremely disrespectful and very unprofessional of any doctor. Doctors need to have some respect for our time just the way we patients are always on time.

Dr. Speir is amazing, she is so personal and cares so much for all her patients. I seriously think there is no one better! The office is so calming and top notch!

I had my first appt w Dr. Speir today and I really liked her. She was personable, knowledgeable and thorough with her recommendations.

She is not a caring doctor who follows up with her patients. She dismissed multiple requests for return calls. The IUD insertion was also particularly painful in comparison to prior experience with the same procedure by another doctor. Don't think she does a good job.
