Dr. Dinh is one of the best surgeons I ever had , he saved my life and called me to the ER and walked me through the process and healing process. He even came to see how I was doing after one of his late night surgeries I cannot thank him enough for the blessing he has given me for a second chance. Dr Vu Dinh was my surgeon when I was admitted to Memorial Hospital thur the ER. He is so professional, passionate and very detailed on his explanation before and after surgery. 6 weeks later he did my second surgery. I've had no worries about my journey thru this whole process. Scott, his office manager is very kind and helps you navigate any and all procedures that was needed.

I was admitted to Orange Coast Memorial hospital experiencing extreme abdominal pain. I was fortunate to have the expertise and skill of Dr Vu Dinh who performed surgery which was done with great exceptional skill. He is also an extremely caring doctor. I highly recommend him and feel blessed our ‘paths’ crossed. He works tirelessly to make sure the patient gets the best care!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Dinh. Our son went to the emergency room and was sent to the ER. From UC to surgery was 4 hours. Dr. Dinh came and talked to our family. Was so positive, light hearted and calming it felt like we had known him forever. He called my cell as soon as surgery was over to give us a quick update and he followed up in the hospital, made our son laugh and was so awesome. Reading some of the comments on here is really disappointing, I've had 5 surgeries in the last 2 years. Every surgeon I have had is to the point, and that is what I want from a doctor. We don't need to be besties, you were trained to be solidly calm and steady. And like I said Dr. Dinh made us so comfortable. His office staff was amazing after our son was released when we had a couple of questions. Thank you Dr. Dinh, while I'm sure the surgery is routine and what you do for you it was still my (adult) kiddo. You are a rockstar and I couldn't be more grateful!!!! Choose Dr. Dinh.

Dr Dinh performed an emergency appendectomy on me in early July, 2023. I presented to the ER at 9pm and was in surgery by 1am. Per Dr Dinh, I had one "very ugly ruptured appendix" which had already caused severe peritonitis with gangrene. I feel very fortunate to have had Dr Dinh as my surgeon.

Dr.Dinh saved my dad’s life. I cannot thank him enough for all his kindness and compassion when working with my dad who went to get a routine colonoscopy and had a cancerous tumor. Dr. Dinh is amazing!

Went in to HOAG ER for extreme abdominal pain and was diagnosed with gallstones, and was quickly discharged once the pain subsided. Luckily, my case was put in front of Dr. Dinh and was contacted by his office the next day for a same day surgical consult to have my gallbladder removed - pretty standard procedure with gallstones. However, upon arriving, Dr. Dinh expressed his concerns regarding results of some blood work I had done the day before at the hospital and quickly noticed I was showing signs of jaundice, and “highly recommended” me to check myself back into the ER and get my gallbladder removed immediately. He seemed concerned about my well-being and expressed his willingness to operate on me that night if necessary. I promptly drove directly to the ER after his office visit. In the ER, my condition took a turn for the worse and that night an infection in my gallbladder developed into sepsis, a potentially fatal condition but easily treatable in the hospital. Dr. Dinh probably saved my life, or at least saved me from some serious long-term complications. He ended up performing my surgery once I was stable, which has since healed nicely with very minimal scarring. Dr. Dinh is a great doctor who truly cares about his patients!
