Everything is still good and I am thankful each day. We are made by God and the lessons learned are slow and good.
Absolutely terrible experience. I made an appointment and never saw the actual doctor. I was seen by PA who flat out lied about the cost of TriVisc shots. When I asked to speak to the Dr about my experience, I never received a call or the time of day from the Dr. When I called back to follow up I was just blown off. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE practice. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
Terrible office staff. Rude and unhelpful. Dont go here.
This is the worst doctor ever. Both my best friend and I had surgery from Dr. Kramer both of us had to have revisions done by other surgeons. both surgeons found surgical debris left in our hip sockets. This is unbelievable that he is still in business. I just suffered six years of my life because of Kramer doing a terrible surgery. What an interesting coincidence that my best friend had exactly the same debris left in her hip socket on her medical report as I did. Basically the last six years of my life has been ruined by Kramer. I just had a total hip replacement yesterday from another doctor. I feel fine so far. And I don't want to mention the doctors name because he is a friend of Kramer and they actually go golfing together so I know he will try to protect him if necessary. All I know is that after he did my surgery he came into my room shaking his head and said who did your last surgery?" with the stern face. I remembered my friend had told me that her second surgeon had found surgical debris left in her hip socket so I asked my doctor, " why?did you find something inside my hip socket that shouldn't have been there? and he said yes
I had an appointment that I had to wait for 3 weeks for. The appointment was was for 9:45 AM on this Friday - March 11th. Because of Covid, the office had you wait in your car until an examining room was ready for you. I arrived at the location 30 minutes early at 9:15 am as instructed, called the office and was told I would receive a call back when a room was ready. At 9:50 AM, I still hadn't received a phone call back. I called Dr Warren's office and was told " it's going to be sometime before we can take you - we have 3 patients in front of you" I said my appointment was for 9:45 - I can't wait for a "long time" - I have work to go to. The lady said "would you like to reschedule" - I said yes - thinking it would be for the next Monday or Tuesday - instead, she said we can have you come in at the end of the month - I said I'm in pain now - waited 3 weeks to get in and now you want me to wait another 2 weeks plus - unbelievable - I never received such poor customer service as this - I would never go back.
I've been a patient of Warren Kramer for 25 years. But not any longer. At my last appointment, I realized the office had booked 4 of us for the same appointment time. After waiting 75 minutes and being assured I was next, I left. I called and left a message for the office manager voicing my concerns. No response. I'm very disappointed in them. Will not return.
Here's the deal. This man managed to fit me into an extremely tight window for an initial visit, and an even tighter surgery schedule. My achilles injury has been healing nicely after operation. He doesn't take a lot of time to visit and explain, you must ask the right questions on your own because he's running to the next patient if you dont have questions for you. I had a whole host of questions my first visit and he and the PA took plenty of time to go over them. My incision is 1.5 inches thats about 4 inches smaller than any other achilles surgery scar that Ive seen. Guys a magician!
The best in the business! 3 successful surgeries on my shoulder, and both hips.
PATIENT BEWARE. I saw Dr Sten Kramer after having an injury to my tailbone which was pretty badly dislocated. I was sitting poorly and had bad posture to try and avoid the severe pain every time I sat down. So now I was not only having tailbone pain but also lower back pain which was caused by my bad hip alignment and my poor posture after about 3 years of excruciating tailbone pain.I explained all of this to Dr Kramer and of course we got some X-rays. After he came back in the room he told me that I needed to immediately get surgery to fuse my L5 and S1. I told him I thought this was a bit extreme and he explained that was my only option. After going to a couple of different therapists, I finally found Sofia Costa in Los Angeles. After doing corrective exercises for a few months and some combined pelvic floor therapy, I was back to normal 100% with my back pain. Can you imagine if I would have taken the doctor's advice and gotten such an extreme surgery at 35 years of age? Just seems like another doctor looking to collect big insurance money for an unnecessary surgery. It has taken me several years before being able to write this review and I don't take it lightly. I understand what a bad review can do but I feel it's important to protect other people that might not have as much luck or persistence as me to seek out the correct method of healing.
Run! Dr. Kramer is not a good doctor. Had surgery a few years ago in my hip that should have fixed the problem. It did not. Been dealing with pain for 12 years. He wanted me to do the same procedure again. Found a new doctor that will take care of me and not look at me just for my money. And I agree the staff is horrible!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
