We sure miss Dr.Ovalle since we moved to Palm Desert- almost want to move back to Newport Beach just to have him as our doctor- he and his staff are the best and we sure do miss him

No response I have called five times over two days - always within office hours - left a message after the first call. Each time I simply hear 'the office is closed.' Office on Superior looks like a repurposed closet, dingy and dark. The one time I did get in to see the doctor (first visit) his staff utterly messed up the meds order to CVS. They do not exactly inspire confidence. I will be changing at the next open enrollment.

I have been with Dr. Ovalle for approximately 25 years. I consider myself lucky to have such a good doctor.

Best Dr and best office staff we have ever been to. Dr. Ovalle and his staff have gone above and beyond every time we needed special arrangements or communications on the weekends or after hours. At 93 years of age we have been to many other doctors. This is the first time we have been so impressed that we wanted to leave a review.

I am a new patient. My first visit he spent 2 hours with me. He covered everything with me. I have had stomach issues for years One doctor told me I should take Immodium and I did not. Dr. Ovalle put me on enzymes and I am sooooo much better. I would recommend him to anyone. He is the best!!!!

Dr. Ovalle is a great physician. He spends time with his patients to understand their needs and concerns. He is knowledgeable and stays abreast of the latest developments in medicine. His staff are excellent as well.

Dr. Ovalle is the best. He truly cares and his staff does too. I went to see another dr and it wasn't the same. Dr. Ovalle is up on his clinical knowledge and has always been. He takes every precaution he can for preventative care. I used to be a Pharma rep and I've called on thousands of Doctors. Dr. Ovalle is the best of the best.

Dr. Ovalle has been our doctor (my wife and I ) for over 15 years and we couldn't recommend highly him enough. He's the best doctor I've ever had, always spends plenty of time during visits, follows up, is available personally by phone 24/7 and is a very well trained and experienced physician who genuinely cares about his patients. Dr. Ovalle's staff is always very helpful, friendly and caring. During the COVID pandemic Dr. Ovalle produced and sent to all his patients several information packed videos explaining pandemic related issues that were very helpful, especially coming from our own doctor. I recommend Dr. Ovalle 110%!!

My husband and I have been with Dr. Ovalle for over 15 years and he is the BEST doctor we ever had. He truly cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to get to the root of any problem. He also keeps up with al the latest studies on the common and pressing medical issues of the day. We especially appreciated his videos on deep dives into the latest research on Covid during the pandemic. He really helped put things in perspective as there was so much information being disseminated at that time. He is on a concierge platform and although it's extra for that, it's totally worth it. We can call him any time and if it's after office hours, the call goes directly to his cell phone. It gives us great peace of mind to know he is always reachable. Dr. Ovalle's staff, Tysie and Mireya, are fantastic. They are always there to help and do a great job in getting questions we have to Dr. Ovallle. They are knowledgeable, friendly and really put the patients first. I highly recommend Dr. Ovalle if you are looking for a good internal medicine, general physician. We are lucky to have found him!!
