This rating is NOT for William Klein or his sons. The problem is with is office staff. Klein is an excellent Doctor. He is sometimes a bit of a curmudgeon, but that is to be expected. His office staff is dismissive, clueless, uninformative, unhelpful, belligerent, and Lazy. Those are their good points!! They could not care less if you were dying on your last breath, they would still ignore you, and deny you to see the doctor. Their billing department cant hold a pencil much less do any billing! They want YOU to call your insurance, not the other way around. They actually told me they dont wait on hold for anyone, but are HAPPY to put you on hold for long periods of time. If I could put no stars I would be happy to. Even when you are there and trying to get a new appointment, they act like you are wasting your time. Absolutely the WORSE Doctors office I have ever been to in my life. Dr Klein is so very thorough, he just doesn't know how to hire good help. Everyone of these women in this office is incompetent.

I've been with Dr Klein for over forty years. He is a consummate professional whose ability to diagnose a problem is second to none. He and his entire staff should be highly commended for their skill and kindness. For something as important as your healthcare, you will not be disappointed with Dr Klein and his great staff.

I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. William Klein for the past 25 + years. He has always exhibited compassion and sensitivity to any of my health concerns. I have referred several friends who also been quite happy with his services. I would highly recommend Dr. Klein.

Does not have up to date medical knowledge. Odd mannerisms. Too old to be practicing medicine. Does not read or stay up to date. Dangerous medical knowledge (or lack there of). Do not trust him with your health or life.

ive been going to him for about 12 years now, i trust him, he's extremely smart, he gets things done right away. i can count on him backing me up with insurance problems or any other problem for that matter, he's a man of few words .he knows what hes doing and he gets it right. I am thankful for him taking care of both my husband and i. Thank you Dr Klein Ruth and Henry Albillar
