List of Frank E. Scott's Reviews
This is the worst Dr office. Dr. FRANK SCOTT absolutely does not care about his patients. I spoke with Valerie who actually just hung up on me while I was waiting to speak to the Dr. Scott. I haven't been seen in over 2 years there. It was a hassle to get my referral there and very poor communication. They called the day before to not allow me to be seen there anymore, due to canceling my appt last ...
I would not even give this place one star. The office is poorly ran, unfortunately for this county, we are very limited on rheumatology resources. I haven't been seen by this office in over 2 years since I had covid really bad. I rescheduled my appointment, and the day before, they called to tell me they wouldn't be seeing me at all. Ever. I asked to speak to the manager (who apparently is Dr. Frank Scott ) That's when Valerie hung up on me. It's really unfortunate that Dr. practices take advantage of their power and mistreat patients. Please read reviews before considering Frank. This is by far one of the most cold-hearted offices I've spoken to in a long time. There isn't one good review out there I've read about the staff or the Dr.
Confused. I left with more questions than I had when I got there. I am upset still. Staff was no help.
Rude office staff, hung the phone up on me. Unbelievable that they care for people with health challenges.
I was not happy at how he helped me as a patient. I was new and he asked questions, was very abrupt and would hear me out about what I have been experiencing. I do not recommend him and I am willing to drive as far as needed to be seen by a better doctor.
Lazy and very fast appointment. Horrible bed side manner.
I saw Dr. Scott today 05/24/2022. The receptionist was nice and extremely helpful with the little notebook computer. Dr. Scott was well, doctorlike- he asked about my arthritis and, pain level, and knew about my current meds. Was very caring and provided a prescription that would work for me.Will I go back? Yes indeed!
After reading some of this Doctors reviews I must say I was not looking forward to seeing him. Had my first appointment today and I just have to say I found him to be quite caring and knowledgeable on my psoriatic arthritis. He was the first doctor out of 5 rheumatologists who have not tried to put me on biologics, since I only have PA on one joint. I am also pleased that he recommended a herbal supplement for pain control. Felt quite taken care of.
Unprofessional front office staff
I was a new patient referred by my PCP last week. I am 2.5 weeks post triple laminectomies with posterior fusions of my cervical spine. I'm late 70s and live alone. I spent over 4 hours trying to enter all of my data into the Breeze software required by the physician prior to appointments. The software is a nightmare for me. Let alone the pain sustaining upright posture with reach. Called the office to request submitting paperwork over fax. Nope! Met with rigidity of practice. No accommodations for the feeble. So this is the state of medical practice? How incredibly sad for our nation. God be with you all. He is the Answer. Pray with me, as I pray with you that we may receive proper care through the ones who know and live according to Christ, not themselves.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
