Denying emergency service because they only accept covid vaccinated patients.

Awesome can't say enough good stuff about this place

They dont care. I was on the same medication for 20 years and 5 years Central City prescribed them. And when I tried to find a provider closer to my new home. In Anaheim. (20) miles away. And I was unhappy the care and I tried to come back to Central city so I don't go without medication even longer then I have. I waited for my apt. They said i can speak nurse practitioner so I don't go on longer withoutmedication. She basically said I see you where seen by other doctors. Witch no medication was prescribed by them for month's and I was without medication in my system for months. I explained to the staf who where understanding. But the nurse practitioner i seen i tried to say I was doctor shopping and hung up on me. Im still without meds and its putting so much stress on my family that I can't fix. P.S. I was sent to Central City from the Riverside DA's office and the victims advocacy program out of riverside. Because somebody close to me tried to kill me. So the nurse practitioner who was just covering for the real doctor decided she didn't want to work that day and said your not a person to me and hung up on me even when I begged to just talk to her. I just need to talk. She called the pd on me because she didn't care to be a good doctor and hear my pain. She just brush me aside like trash. I am still waiting to talk with the doctor witch they said the next apt is not till December. But if I tried to explain to I to the nurse practitioner, she wouldn't do anything because I'm not worthy of any bed side manner. Why are you trying to be a doctor if you don't care about your patients?

My son had his 2nd psych appt over the phone. No one called. I called the facility which takes at least 15 minutes for someone to answer. They said there was no appt ever made and my son couldn’t get in until another month. Explained he only had a couple pills left… was placed on hold and they hung up. Called back with no answer for about 25 minutes, left a VM. Called a third time.. after 20 minutes the call was routed to some lady who took down my message and said they would call me after lunch. No one called! Literal patient abandonment. I filled a grievance and will not be continuing services. Go somewhere else!

It is really upsetting to know that they will allow a 6 year old to go without his medication even though that is harmful to do so. No one called back to resolve the issue even though they were supposed to.

I love this clinic i have been going here for 5 plus years and i love the staff and the doctors , very clean and very caring staff

100% recommend this medical facility. Friendly professional nurses and staff, thorough and knowledgeable. I had not been to a doctor for 10 years and was very anxious. From the first good morning all through to the end, I felt completely at ease and heard by the nurses and Dr Veronica. I didn’t wait long, received all the answers I was seeking and was included in picking what option of treatment works best for me.

The staff is nice, manager is always helpful and helps with past insurance problems I’ve had. Mumbi is always attentive with my visit does not rush me she cares for her patients.

For two years I have endured incompetence from the front desk staff. My three children and I go there often and having to put up with being overcharged on co-pays, problematic refunds, long waits to be seen even with appointment as they over schedule to make money, incompetence were even a fax for a school note doesn't happen, referrals are problematic, no replacements when doctors and nurses go on vacation. Have to wait for doctors to come back from vacation for referrals, prescription refills, and to be seen. It could take a month before an appointment and weeks before a prescription refill. No communication, incompetent, and unfriendly staff. Today, I had an appointment at 11:15 am. I get a call one 45 minutes before my appointment stating, "just checked your health insurance and I just want to save you the drive because we do not take PPO anymore " so I ask, "I was in urgent care and made this appointment because I urgently need an ultrasound. How long have you known that you do not take PPO anymore?" She said, " since mid April " (today is May 6th) I said, "so you knew this when I called to make an appointment and you failed to let me know then?" Now I have to look for another primary care and have them refer me again to have an ultrasound. I have wasted my time and money for mediocre care. This time will research well and not gamble with my family and my well being. Horrible, horrible clinic!!

Terrible customer service. The blonde chick manager is always angry. Everyone there is rude. Please avoid. Go elsewhere. They let the providers get their car washed in the front! Yes that's the vacuum cord coming out of the main door entrance. Where's the state to regulate? They receive money from the state it's a FTCA clinic! I'm reporting them! A patient can fall and break their hip! That manager is clueless or what? Who is running this place?
