Valley Community Healthcare's Online Review Report Card

The state should shut this place down for their disgusting lack of ability to return calls, order refills or even answer the phone. I'm sure they are paid in a capatated rate where they get paid whether or not a patient visits but this is a perfect example or stupid fraudulent and disgusting act that our tax dollars get abused. My niece fell out of a 6 story building and shattered her whole body, suffered a stroke and the idiots couldn't manage to call us back and refill her medication or tend to her decubitus ulcers from being bed bound, the notes that we asked for them to give lacked verbiage for us to get a nurse. No one to call back and hours on hold.

Not only do they not answer your phone but it doesn't seem like anyone that works there likes working their attitudes left and right if you have a question they don't know the answer nor do they try to find the answer for you. They just say they don't know. what kind of doctor office is this honestly if it wasn't for my insurance, I definitely would not be coming here.

This is one place to get most of your medical needs seen to, and they also do optical and dental

Lo único malo es el tiempo en q te dan las citas yo soy deabetica y por lo general necesito mis citas más seguidas pero me las dan muy distanciadas y cuando uno tiene un dolor de lo q sea no hay citas y uno no puede ir al hospital pq no es una emergencia pero entonces q hacemos😮‍💨

Tardan mucho tiempo para poder agendarte una cita y los médicos ni son muy buenos.

I wouldn't come back here and I would find a different doctor if I were you. My husband is on the verge of a heart attack or stroke. They never answer their phones and it takes 3 months just to be seen by a doctor. My husband had an appointment today and they wouldn't let me go in with him so I had to wait outside in the 100 degree weather. This is BS cause last time I went in with him and we were both wearing mask. We will be finding a different doctor.

So after reading all the bad reviews still gave this place a chance. My bf had an appt a week before mine and I went with him. The facility was clean and the Dr he saw was great. So I was at ease for my appt the following week. My appt was at 940am. I checked in 943 am. Sat dow started doing paperwork and was told because I was 4 mins late I couldn't be seen????? Like this is a low income clinic. People dont always have transportation etc and theres no grace period is insensitive to the community it serves. I will be finding a new clinic. You guys have been warned good luck. *side note by bf was more than 5 minutes late and they saw him. So maybe the rules change daily.
