They are charging me $450 for a night guard I never even got fitted for.

They made me a upper denture , but it took them over six months to deliver them to me. When I finally received them, they were poorly aligned and crooked, and the teeth themselves were very yellow. The manager told me they couldn't fix them because I had already signed off on the work—meaning they didn't even offer me a warranty. They also made me a three-tooth bridge; they never asked me what shade I wanted for those teeth, and now they look stark white. They charged me over $5,500, and the whole experience was a complete disaster. I do not recommend them.

Had such a great experience today I hadn't been to the dentist in such a long time because of my personal fear but Vanessa made me feel so comfortable throughout the process constantly checking in with me to see how I was doing & feeling she also did a amazing job cleaning my teeth today both her and rose truly made my experience so wonderful will definitely be coming back for another cleaning & for my treatment in bettering my smile

Amazing office, staff was wonderful Miss Andrea, Abby, Vanessa, Dr.Naghavi. They all ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I am extremely nervous at the dentist and I was able to have a pleasant visit. Thank you to this office so much, I will recommend to my family and friends.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The staff was professional, the environment was clean and comfortable, and everything was done on time. I especially want to mention Sheri, the dental assistant. She was incredibly kind, patient, and made the whole visit much easier. She explained each step, checked on me constantly, and showed real care. Sheri truly made the experience outstanding. I highly recommend this office and appreciate the great service.

From my firsthand experience as a customer, my review of West Coast Dental of North Hills, is that it reflects little to no regard for patients' time or comfort. My scheduled appointments were accompanied by my elderly mother and were made weeks in advance for a tooth extraction. Scheduled appointment times I made for myself and for my elderly mother, were not honored. Safety and aftercare following tooth extraction appointment was not provided to me in a timely manner. This delay occurred because the dental office made mistake and sent prescription to wrong pharmacy and did not correct it promptly. Since only the dentist or their staff can issue and resend prescriptions, the delay of over 24hours to reach the correct pharmacy was the result of the office's mistake and lack of follow up. This resulted in extra discomfort, unnecessary stress and inconvenience. My personal experience at West Coast Dental of North Hills, raised serious concerns regarding patient safety/follow-up procedures, timeliness, and reliability. This review is based on firsthand customer interaction with business. And is written with hopes that the office takes steps to improve: communication, reliability, patient safety/recovery protocols, and scheduling/prescription coordination practices. Mis citas programadas fueron acompañadas por mi anciana madre y se hicieron con semanas de anticipación para una extracción dental. Las citas programadas que hice para mí y para mi anciana madre, no fueron honradas. No se me proporcionó seguridad y cuidados posteriores después de la cita de extracción dental de manera oportuna. Este retraso ocurrió porque el consultorio dental cometió un error y envió la receta a la farmacia equivocada y no la corrigió de inmediato. Ok, I had previously left a bad review about West Coast Dental of North Hills because at the time that is what they deserved. I had been charged for a service that I did not receive and what should have been a very simple and easily taken care of situation turned into years of me trying to get my money back and I had all but given up hope until a wonderful finance officer or front office worker I didn't even get her title, but she was honest and trustworthy and compassionate, all things that all those other people that I dealt with should have been, being in the positions they were in. And the reason I would ever think of choosing West Coast Dental as my Dental group is because of her. Thank you A. You know Who you are and YOU get 5 stars in my book. You will go far because you care about your clients, good people receive good things in return and you are a good person. West Coast Dental will get a new lease on life and a way better reputation then they have had, just because of you. It takes only one person to get the ball rolling.
