My son had the worst experience ever at this facility today. I will be following up on this. Met a doctor that clearly did not want to see a patient this afternoon. His bedside manner was very poor and mishandled my son’s arm while “examining” it. More than likely has a hairline fracture and the doctor dismissed it without an x-Ray or thorough exam. Just gave him a script for pain meds. Good thing I come from a family of doctors and specialists that I can call on for advice.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The PCP doctor is amazing but the Urgent Care old man is rude. This is the second time I go and looks at me nasty and calls me Fat. He literally told to to stop eating forever and just drink water from there on. He highlighted that reason I have so many issues is my weight and I should not eat. It was a very unprofessional way of communicating and just don’t take it personal he’s like 90 years old. Without him this place is a 5 star.

NO NO NO GOOD REAL REAL REAL REAL DOCTORS with experience.. they diagnose you like whatever not know if they give the right medication and its just same doctor who seems bothered every time asking for correct information about medical condition...UNPROFESSIONAL FORM OF QUESTIONS AND DIAGNOSING YOUR MEDICAL problem.

Went in for a simple STD check, explained I had a flight out of LAX 48 hours from now, so please email me the results, I'll see them when I'm in NY. They said they could only disclose the results by snail mail to my home residence or FAX! Who TF uses Fax anymore...? Went to Carbon Healthcare nearby, receive help instantly, they just had an app to download, and you can read your results from there anywhere in the world..

So I try to get a Covid test called my insurance they sent me here and when I get there they try to shake me down for $100 saying that they don’t do insurance test until 3 to 5 and then it takes 5 to 6 days to get their results

I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility! Conveniently located right by my house! From check in with Mario, to Goar aka Gina checking vitals and getting all my info for my visit with Noreen Mooney PA - everything was A++++++++++++++++! I instantly clicked with this office and the people and I’m going to make it my primary care facility now! Thank you!

Wonderful practice, the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional, especially Ms. Gohar and Ms. Nona- the receptionists. Warm and pleasant environment.A very safe and easy way to get tested for Covid. The results came the next day as promised! All perfectly. Highly recommend!
