48 minute wait for virtual appointment that never happened. Issues can come up and rescheduling might be needed sometimes. Making a patient wait only to tell me the doctor is running late and only when I called them, is not very respectful. Certainly, they would not like me to show up almost an hour late for an appointment.

Dr. Oganyan is one of the most intelligent, professional and kind physicians I have ever had the please to meet. The whole office is wonderful and has often accommodated me with same day visits. He is genuinely interested in all his patient's! Making sure they fully understand thier treatment and taking the time to not only understand but feeling safe before you leave. A great staff and associates Dr. Saliger will help you in every way! I drive 1 hour out of my way to the new N. Hollywood office... he is that awesome! Thank you!
