My aunt needed personal in-home care last month, being a homebound person and all, and her doctor referred her to Hollywood Home Health Services because they have a good reputation according to him. There were few other options and we've looked at them but eventually decided to go with with an agency that's been around for a while. We were very pleased with the results. They even helped us with paperwork and explained everything in detail prior to the start of treatment.

Never have I experienced such dedication and care from any health agency as I did from Hollywood Home Health Services. Their staff is a blend of professionalism and warmth. My mother loves her caretaker, who feels more like family now. The agency was also incredibly flexible with our changing needs and schedules. Five stars without a doubt!

As an elderly guardian, my responsibilities often include interacting with home care agencies on the administrative side and also the clinical side. Los Angeles has no shortage of home care establishments and I've worked with many of them in the past few years with mixed results. Some are great, some are downright terrible. What makes Hollywood Home Health Services unique is that in addition of having broad experience in home care they adapt quickly to changing situations while maintaining the personalized level of care. This is something that's sorely lacking with smaller agencies. Sure, you'd get more comforting in-person experience but they are all over the map when it comes to being efficient with administrative duties. HHHS actually does both and this is why I always choose them whenever a need arises for in-home care. I would highly recommend Hollywood Home Health just based on my positive experiences alone.

Even though this is the first time I've interacted with a home care agency and don't have prior experiences to compare it to, nevertheless, they have exhibited the highest level of professionalism in the several encounters we've had over the course of the last 4 months. Certainly higher level of care than I normally get from my primary physician. Needless to say, I highly recommend Hollywood Home Health Services.

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs hospice services. The staff were all professional, helpful and caring. They were able to coordinate with many caretakers who were tending my loved one. When anything was needed, it was provided as quickly as they could. They were also caring and helpful when my brother passed. When hard times come, Hollywood Home Health and Hospice Services will make it easier for your family.
