Noho Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Had a great visit here today After a few days of unbearable foot pain I finally decided to get myself checked out today. There was no wait and I was immediately by Juan the Xray tech. He handled me with such care and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during my visit. After my xray I was seen by Dr. Iskandar. Let me just say as someone who has been to my fair of urgent cares in Los Angeles Dr. Iskandar is the best Not only was he he able to tell me exactly what was going on with my foot and put together an effective recovery plan for me he even talked to me again later that day while I was picking up my perscription. Dr. Iskandar and the entire NoHo urgent Care went above and beyond today I will definitely be back hopefully not to soon hehe

If I could put negative stars I would. I waited over 2 hours just for a Rapid Covid test and when I walked out to see what was taking so long I saw the nurse that vital me in the supply room on the floor eating mc Donalds on her phone. Mean while Ive been waiting for hours. I took a picture and showed the lady in the front and told her how unprofessional that was. Then when I walk outside after having the worst experience a homeless man chased to my car. Please dont ever go here especially if you dont want to be forgotten for hours while the employee sits on the floor and eats mc donalds. Then get chased by a homeless man. What a bad experience.

this urgent care is horrible. i truly believe the employees write good reviews about themselves. my visit wasnt pleasant on Sunday. The male nurse who took me back was beyond rude and also very creepy. I felt uncomfortable. They really are just hiring anyone. That man looks like he should not be around women nor children. I had a personal feminine issue and was dismissed with out real care. Then the women in the front was also dismissive and extremely rude. But the doctor was okay at best. I do not recommend this clinic to even my worst enemy. Everyone deserves good health care and this place does not provide that.

I had a really great experience here The girls Liz and Samantha behind the counter were awesome and very helpful. Cindy was the nurse that took all my vitals and helped me along making sure I was comfortable she was also great And lastly the doctor was super thorough very kind and considerate and listened to what I had to say. I think his first name was David? I cant quite remember but he was the doctor with really awesome eyes Overall it was a 1010.

This urgent care is absolutely amazing. Dr David is one of the best doctors Ive ever had and his staff McKenna in particular is all extremely supportive and helpful. This was the best care weve received in a long time. Thank you ALL for getting us through our health scare  Also they can conduct and analyze xrays and EKGs here.

Yesica was so nice and helpful This is the best urgent care around. The nurses are nice and they get you in fast.

I recently lost my Kasier coverage and had to pay cash from the moment I walked in I was greeted and felt welcomed and safe.  I was able to get my prescriptions and make sure to keep my blood pressure under control.  The staff was great and the young lady Elizabeth was very helpful and made sure I was explained everything.  She was caring and comforting.   Thank you I will be coming back if I need to in the future.

elizabeth needs to be fired and not work in the medical field really a disgusting human being. dont work in the medical field for money if you dont actually care about people. this is a serious job please get her out of there. she was making fun of a disabled child mocking the child being so rude to that childs parents. please fire her immediately. She was also just extremely rude and snappy to everyone. This place doesnt care about people. So terrible and disappointing I left immediately enraged.

Very good place use them as my main medical issues

Wow I have never felt less cared for. I went to get a step amp rapid covid test. After waiting for the results of my covid test the guy came into the room and told me to follow him. He rushed me to the check out area without even telling me my results. They ended up being negative but there was no follow through with the appointment. No one told me my options or helped me with any sort of relief ideas for my symptoms. After I was rushed through payment I wanted to let him know how uncared for I felt and how I was scared because I didnt know the results of my test right away. He couldnt even look at me and dismissed my feelings. The extra star is for the doctor who eventually came out and somewhat acknowledged my feelings. Part of your service is caring for others. This place was not helpful at all amp made me feel worse than when I arrived. I left in tears.
