Be aware! Sana Malik used to take tennis lessons form me for about a month . She was informed regarding 24 hours cancellation policy and agreed to it. We had an ongoing lesson’s time and I was keeping that time slot specifically for her, as per her request. I’ve been waiting for her at the same time and location as usual for our next session , when she texted me 10 MINUTES before the lesson , saying that she can’t make it ( no apologies, no explanation). When I sent her a payment request for the late ( very late) cancellation- she declined saying that she wouldn’t pay a fee. I kindly explained and reminded her about our agreement, but no response whatsoever. In addition to that, I used to see her working out with one of the physical trainers in the park for about the same amount of time she used to take tennis lessons with me, but stopped seeing them working together lately. So the last time I saw the guy ( he trainer) - I came up to him and asked what happened and why they are no longer working together. Well.. guess what? He gave me the same reason for not dealing with her anymore, as I’ve had to hiatus our sessions. I’m not sure which kind of doctor she is ( and it’s definitely not in my plans to figure it out), but certainly know that she is a person who clearly disrespected other people’s time and effort. So next time you book an appointment with her - feel free to cancel the last minute, disputing any penalties or/ and charges.
