They NEVER answer their phones. I always have to wait more than an hour just to get someone to help me. You can also request a call back, but there’s no point because they never call you back.

Seems like dee j. "Business owner" is only responding to 5 stars but not an acknowledge to the 1 star comments, it's no wonder her staff needs more training. It starts at the top‍

I'm so sorry. The service doesn't deserve any better

This place has made me drive over here twice BOTH times my appointment being WRONG. It's so frustrating having to waste time, gas, and money to just get there and be told otherwise. First time, they said "patient cancelled" which is BULLSHT because I never got a confirmation text or phone call!!!! Second time, they called to make the appt for the next day just to arrive and tell me it's for the following day. I love wasting my freaking time for nothing.GET YOUR SYSTEM RIGHT!

worst place !!!!!yesterday went for my gyn appointment and they turned me back saying i cancelled!!!! and today same freaking thing with the useless receptionist at optometrist!!! i made an appointment three weeks ago and today i got there before they opened and they said same thing-that they will put me on waitlist to see if someone cancelled. i had an appointment and i was there before they opened. and also if u are one minute late they will send you back too. receptionist are very stupid doing their job, and bad attitude as always.

The scheduling staff in the Teen Clinic are incompetent. Twice this week, we had an appointment for my two kids and both times we came to the appointment only for them to tell us that the first appointment was cancelled and that they called to inform us. They did call an hour before the said appointment but didn't leave a message. We got there and no apologies were given. The girl at the front just said we called you. Second appointment was today at 6:40. We made it to the appointment and once again they told us, the appointment was wrong. Someone made a mistake. And once again, no apologies were given or solution to rectify the issue. We had to take time off from work and school only for them to tell us the appointment is cancelled after we got there. Get your act together. Retrain your staff or hire more competent and compassionate people.

The clinic has very many down sides . I decided to give them a second chance and they have already : 1. Lied to me about the date status of an authorization they were supposed to submit 1 week ago 2) delay my health care services for an extremely urgent matter. I could not Believe being lied to by medical professionals as a patient . I work for a medical group and would lose my job if I gave patients false information and delaying there healthcare due to negligence. I strongly advise advocating for yourself or family if you have no other choice to continue. I feel for all other patients who lives may be loss due to this clinic negligence.

Let me start by saying, this review has been overdue, and I don't go to this facility anymore. However, my experience here had been great. I was referred to come here to see the gynecologist. All the staff members were kind, helpful, and things moved along quickly. I had an easy experience and the friendliness of everyone went a long way. I mean come on, for a gynecologist appointment? You need friendliness and ease. I can't remember the doctor's name, but I do know I don't have any complaints. I think this is also one of those clinics that services a large number of people so sometimes you might have difficulty with appointments and calls but just call back. Most clinics are understaffed and they are doing their best, so patience with any healthcare facility goes a long way. Large parking lot so you have nothing to worry about there!

They always are helpful. Took some time finding the right doctor but now that I did, I'm very happy and I trust being under her care. They have many locations where it's a one stop shop for general medicine, women's health, optometrist and dentist which is super convenient.
