Unfortunately I did not get to see the doctor. When I arrived at the building it was hard to enter as there is no clear signage, at the apartment complex looking building, to where his office is. Once we did find it and checked in we waited for front desk to finish their personal conversation before they acknowledged us. They handed me a basic registration form to fill out and walked away from front desk. When I completed the form I took back to front desk and there it sat for a good 15-20 min before I took it and walked out. Still no one ever came back to the front desk. I get a text thanking me for my visit and to leave a review here. So again I can’t comment on him directly because I was never seen, but first impressions count and it starts at the front. I wish it had been a better experience for my child as they where nervous already about getting braces.

Dr. Berrios literally put a smile in my life ! I’m 53 years old and I’m so grateful with him .His staff is also caring and kind and always made me feel so comfortable in my visits especially Kim and Nancy 😊 Of course I will recommend this doctor without any doubt because I want other people feel what I felt when I left the office since my first visit. Thank you Dr. Berrios for your dedication to your patients and particularly for change my life .

I found Dr. Berrios and his team after an extensive search of the internet for an orthodontist that is airway focused and understands the importance of developing the jaw and palate to promote adequate nasal breathing for health and straight teeth. I’ve been coming here for almost a year. I have another year to go with my braces and I just want to say the staff is friendly, the environment is genuine and Dr Berrios is amazing ! They all communicate so well together and I am so happy I was recommended to his office.
