Yo estaba encantada con El proyecto del barrio de Northdrige pero este dia una recepcionista Maritza me bloqueo hablar con la asistente del doctor y fue grosera ,lastima que esta decayendo el servicio al cliente de esta clinica,no se ponen en el lugar de uno como paciente lo ven como estadistica y no como ser humano

I was one of Dr Jogani's 1st patients back in the early 1990's. This man saved my life, I will be forever in his debt.

DOCTOR GAVE A REFERRAL TO SEE A DERMATOLOGY WHICH WAS THE WORST DOCTOR IN THE VALLEY. I CALLED MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN TO ASK HIM TO CHANGE DERMATOLOGY. 7 month later I’m still in pain and suffering and so far I have not received the new referral. This clinic with this doctor are unprofessional. Do not go there or you will pay the consequences like me. Thank you

Dr Jogani is a very good doctor. He performed a colonoscopy on my mom . He was very professional and explained everything prior and after the procedure. This helped mom to gain his trust, it also helped mom to control her anxiety and fear. Thank you so much doctor Jogani for your caring and compassion toward your patients. Advance Surgical center at Ventura blvd was a great place too. Staff were very friendly and caring too. This Place takes all precautions to protect patients !! Great job !! I would recommend surgical Center and Dr Jogani for any GI procedure. They were great!

Office staff has no respect for people's time and are extremely unprofessional and rudestay million miles away from this office this office is total scam

Unprofessional and ignorant office staff. Kept telling me they couldn't make an appointment for me until Dr. Jogani had a chance to review my file. For the next 9 days, amid multiple phone calls, it was the same story. They finally called me 9 days later and I went in a week later. Of course the Dr. recommended an endoscopy but said he wouldn't do it until I brought in the disks from my PET scan. If he had reviewed the file sooner, why wouldn't I have been told that I need it and I would have brought it in before the appointment instead of wasting my time? Oh I know: their office staff makes up stuff or he feeds them b.s. to tell patients. Anyway I am not having the procedure with him and am trying to get help finding another Gastroenterologist. This man who calls himself a doctor and his staff cannot be trusted.

I had to recently visit the Urgent Care Clinic / ER and finally, admitted to the hospital with an unexpected, serious abdomen problem. My wife had informed Dr. Jogani's office to let them know of my symptoms and the doctor called back promptly while we were on our way to the ER. Despite it being close to midnight, Dr. Jogani arranged for my immediate admission to the hospital and put me on a treatment regimen. He kept a close watch on me the next few days to ensure I received proper treatment. I am happy to say I am on the road to recovery. Thank you very much Dr. Jogani for being there for me at a critical time.

Had me wait for one hour to see me for 3 min gave me prescripteur meds which I stopped taking after 2 days because I felt off I requested a abdomen CT scan results where in same day office staff said I need authorization to get the results... I called insurance company and they said it's incorrect I waiting 5 days for the results he calls me at 7am telling me very quickly "oh you have inflammation or cancer so you need colonoscopy "... very bad bedside manners you don't just thru the C word around because you want to grill for colonoscopy. I went to get the written results myself contacted a specialist who said nothing indicated that I have cancer and I shouldn't have been told the results this way. Later afternoon doctor's office calling me saying " uh doctor want you to come in to office next week" I asked why I already got the results from him and I have the written report , the response was " you might have cancer" what the hell?? He will do and say anything to bill the insurance for a office visit ... he is not a doctor he is a scammer and shame on him and shame on medical board for letting him have his license ... be aware DO NOT GO TO HIM HE WILL MALE YOU SICK TO GET PAID BY THE INSURANCE !
