2 hour minimum wait for an acute pediatric non- Emergency eye injury. Made me wait in line to tell me to use the computer to register, then took a few walk ins before I got back into line... that's when they told me it was a minimum of a 2 hour wait.

Excellent care. We came for yearly flu shots and they attended to us very well. The nurse was gentle and carrying towards my 6 yr old who was afraid of the vaccine. The facility is clean, efficient, and warm.

This was my first time seeking help at Exer in Porter Ranch. There was a wait but I could wander and window shop and receive a text when they were ready for me back at Urgent Care. Everyone was very gracious and I was very grateful to learn I had not broken any bones in my hand. They were as efficient as possible and very helpful with my inquiries.

This was such a wonder experience with kind staff to the most compassionate nurse Practitioner Eva Leonez. She addressed all my concerns with such genuine compassion! I felt immediate relief while talking to her about my symptoms, knowing she is very knowledgeable and could help diagnose my symptoms. I highly recommend this beautiful and immaculate facility to anyone who wants to have the best experience with wonderful and compassionate health care!

Very professional facility, starting with the front desk, triage personnel and the doctor outstanding care, bedside manner and the fact that doctor listens you. Not crowded in and out less than an hour. Highly recommend this urgent care.
