Although the office/ facility was modern and clean, the handling of my injury was sub par to say the least. I went into the Northridge facility the day before Easter with a swollen foot and severe pain. The doctor and her assistant were very nice. The doctor thought I had a broken toe and had her assistant tape it. She did order an Xray, but the machine was broken and they didn't know when it would be repaired. I was told I could check back later, but the machine probably wouldn't get repaired until after the weekend. At the insistence of family members (that are doctors) and the increased swelling and pain of the foot, I went to ER the next day (on Easter). Five hours later I was told my foot was broken. To add insult to injury, 5+ months later I received a past due bill saying I have $25 copay due. Even though the bill was dated 6 days before I received it. I am a Facey patient and have never paid for ER or Urgent Care. Since it was a Facey employee that recommended this facility, I thought they followed the same billing practice. I'm not concerned about the copay bill, but object to getting "late" notices on the billing. If you are a Facey/ Scan patient, I suggest you check what is covered at this facility before seeking care.

Took my son for a fractured foot, very professional friendly and caring staff. I wouldn't ask for a better service from an Urgent Care than this.

Everyone, the front-desk, nursing and medical staff were very kind, thoughtful, and professional. The process and test results were communicated clearly, and questions answered. The physical environment was very comfortable and appealing. Thank you!
