Facey Medical Foundation's Online Review Report Card

Finally switched pediatricians and after my daughters first appointment, I feel great about my decision! I was nervous to switch pediatricians as her previous has seen her since birth but my experience here was amazing. Dr Kim took her time to get to know my daughter and my concerns for her health. She did not rush and skip over questions. She took her time explaining my child’s development and frequently made sure we did not have any questions or concerns. The nurses are also great and the woman who administered vaccines was quick and my daughter hardly noticed. Another plus was that there was hardly any wait time when I arrived. I would recommend dr Kim to anyone looking for a good and straight forward pediatrician.

My family and I have been patients at facey for over 30 yrs. They've been great love the drs. Al these people that had a bad experience I feel bad for them, but our experience has been nothing but great.

STAY AWAY FROM FACEY MEDICAL GROUP! ESPECIALLY THIS OFFICE AND DR. Rhodora Estacio. They don't know what they are doing The billing department is a mess and you will be receiving bills years after your visits. I took my Children for physicals and vaccines, used our insurance back in 2018 and we are still receiving bills due their mistakes. You will need to fix the mess they create with your insurance and you will spen numerous hours on the phone trying to get your insurance to make sense of something that happened years ago, all while Facey associates sit and socialize at your local Facey office. Shame on Facey Medical Group!

I am so happy with my primary Dr. sorry won’t give his name. He takes the necessary time with me & he actually cares about his patients. You don’t find that very often.

I gave this office so many chances but I have had it, its by far the laziest Dr office I have ever been to. The front desk is pretty rude or have zero empathy for any of their clients. In the past I have been on hold for 30 + minutes just to get someone on the phone and been at their office and the front desk just sits there chatting. I have been to this office a few times and It has never been more than 3-5 patients in the office with me for staff not to pick up phones when I have been there. Have not met all the Doctors but so far not impressed at all. The last straw is that instead of seeing their patients they will rather send them to urgent care.

Great service and doctors. I've been a patient with Facey for 9 years and I've always been happy with the service they provide. Dr. Mooradian is the best doctor. Very nice and sympathetic, you can tell he cares about his patients.

I made an apt for my baby, we arrived on time, there was only one receptionist, chatting with somebody. When she was done, it was already 5 min past my appointment. She said that my apt time is 3,45 without checking and that I came too early( I had it at 1,45), she kept insisting until I showed her a screenshot of my apt, then she told me that I should have arrived 30 min earlier, because we have special procedures for new patients and that they will take us between the patients if you wanted to wait. I told her that on their website there is no info about needing to arrive 30 min early for new patients and nobody called to notify me. She was rude. Kept telling me that I couldn’t make apt through their website, but their website allowed me do it, and her system is different from their website which is not my problem.Anyway, after 2.5 hour of wait we saw doctor. My baby was already tired and it was her nap time, so she was crying like crazy, threw up(((And nobody did any extra 30 min procedure for new patients like she told me - just regular temperature measurement ect.I think they just changed my apt time and did not call me.It was the worse experience with medical clinic. We were so upset and exhausted with the wait and rude receptionist. ( except for the doctor). The receptionist is very unprofessional. She did not acknowledge that I was their while she was chatting with another. I visited Facey 01/09/2020, pediatrics.

Waiting is horrible!!!From 8.25 - 10.40My appointment is @8.40Nice place, clean but its just ignorance people here.....Please work fast.....Waiting too long is not fun!!!We are all busy people!

I don't have anything bad to say about Facey. My mom and I are facey patients, and the staff is very nice, and polite. To schedule appointments, I have never had trouble to schedule an appointment.
