The ONLY reason I continue attending this place is because my therapist is amazing. She alone is worth it to deal with the incredibly rude people answering the phone, assuming they even pick up! I've had days where I had to call a minimum of fifteen times before ever getting any sort of reply, and keep in mind that I've been having this issue WAY before covid hit, so that's not an excuse for making you wait hours before someone will finally answer.

I have visited the Mission City Community Network's Dental Office to get help with my dentures. Previously, I had dentures that did not allow me to chew or eat. Dr Attara did an excellent job and helped me get dentures that feel comfortable and allow me to eat any food I want.I would certainly recommend anyone to make an appointment with Dr Attara if they are experiencing any dental problems.I want to thank Dr Attara and the staff of the Mission City Community Network in Reseda.Thank you!Ludmila Kagan.

Oh my.... Maria ( the one with bad teeth ) at the front office talking and laughing about you to other front desk ladies, right in front of you. Making appointments disappear/cancel and not even calling to let you know. And this " Doctor had to leave early " is getting too old. Front office need to be retrained, they should not have any difficulties with finding insurance information on the computer. Being polite would not hurt ether. Looks like the clinic hired a bunch of people who really don't care about their job, or the customers. Very rude and unprofessional.

Omg the girl at the front desk with the short black hair must have some eye problems always rolling her eyes. Like my blessing to her, her life must be horrible cuz of her little additue.

Very bad service when u call and schedule an appointment they never pick up and the lady at receptionist desk is very rude to begin with not friendly at all ..only the Dr. and the dentist assistants are ..Need more friendly staff were you feel welcome there
