Dr. Bai is affordable and he’s a great doctor. He listens to my concerns and provides good care services. His staff and nurses are also very pleasant. My family and I have visited this clinic for years.

Went to this doctor for the first time. Doctor is Korean and I'm Korean-American so we spoke Korean throughout the visit. I don't understand certain terms or know the name of medicine is in Korean and when I asked for clarification, he started getting angry, raised his voice, and told me I was frustrating to deal with. I'm not pharmacist nor a doctor. I have no idea what he's prescribing me and I want to know. I went to him to check up on an injury and walked out with no help. Theres a lack of customer service and respect for patients. Extremely rude and the place is so run down, there was hospital equipment that was fixed with duct tape and it didn't seem very sanitary in there.

If u want a doctor who will make u well without sugar coating stuff here's your man... he is compassionate and caring but he will tell you like it is without all the bs. Had my 3 year old in and he made her feel comfortable. Listened to all my questions and explained the answers thoroughly. He will be treating my whole family.. told me straight up that I'm fat and need to loose weight. Then I will feel healthier. I'm down 40 lbs and feel great. Thanks dr. Bai!
