It's very difficult to get someone to answer the phone. I've left messages and rarely do I get a call back.

Great Dr always takes the time to make sure all your needs are met not just sit down ask a few questions and leave. Actually takes the time to ask if the medication that's prescribed to you is working or not

I've only seen Dr Aguiluz once .I see Dr. Bob whenever I need to he happens to be the best caring Dr I have ever met. He's normally at the Bloomfield office. He's professional,caring understanding to all his patients. I Definetely would recommended him as your Dr. he literally takes his time and listens to you and your medical issues. I wouldn't change him for the world he's an awsome Dr.

They never answer the phone and even if you leave a message with your call back number they don't call you back have to change doctors now

Dr Bob is great! He should be somewhere else. EVERYTHING I read here is accurate. Their process sucks. It's very outdated. Very out dated. They only accept cash or check because they don't have a debit machine. The building needs update and is very old and I thought I had the address wrong because it looked abandoned. The scales is the old fashion scale with the dial and the equipment used to take my vitals looked like it was bought right out of a Walmart pharmacy. It took me almost a week to get my prescription faxed because they rushed out of there on Dec 30 2020 and didn't return until January 4th 2021z There was no on call answering service to relay important messages like mine. Shame on the Doctor her puts her name on this medical practices. Super big shame on her.  That's all. Sorry doctor bob, it was a pleasure to have you treat me

Me and my husband were scheduled on July 10 for our check up with Dr Jacqueline Aguiluz in her clinic at bloomfield. 2 days before I was informed that the appointments were cancelled due to an emergency. It was recommended if I would prefer to go to her Hawaiian Gardens clinic so i can make the appointment there. I did called her clinic at hawaiian gardens then i got an appointment for August 10 at 10 am.  We took off from work on that day and promptly went to the clinic. When we got there we were informed that the clinic schedule was cancelled due to an emergency. I told the front desk staff that i never got a call informing me that it was cancelled. I even showed her the log call in my phone.  To make the story short we were again re scheduled on August 27. When i called to confirm I was informed that my name and my husbands name are not in their system which means we do not have an appointment. I asked the person on the other line what she can do and she said she can give us appointment towards the end of September. I told her I will find another doctor. Dr. Jacqueline Aguiluz please look at how your staff deals with your clients. You might lose a lot of clients. I was looking forward to meeting you because I researched on your profile and I was impressed. Three times we took off from work for our check up but three times our appointments were cancelled. The worst thing to know is that we are not in your system. Your clinic staff at Hawaiian Gardens are rude, inefficient and insensitive.

I reccomend this office...I'm giving my daughter the number...all good..professional and thorough...

Extremely knowledgeable, proficient, takes the time needed to assess her patient's every detail to properly diagnose each illness. Dr. AGUILUZ has a vast selection of professional specialists to refer her patients per their maladies. Her dedication to the joy of healing those who seek her ability and judgment is exhibited in her warmth, her caring bedside manner, and understanding her patient's personal needs. When Dr. AGUILUZ insisted I followed through with a visit to a cancer specialist...her suspicion was correct, I had breast cancer. Her comforting insistence to my hesitation saved my life. May God continue to favor this wonderful doctor.
