Love these woman!!! A black owned, woman owned doctor's office is rare to find. They are so kind and thorough. Very educated and they take the time with you. Helped my 1 year old daughter tremendously with a complex issue with her immune system at the time. They gave us great health advice overall. I'm grateful for them. Check them out!

The Doctors & Staff are professional & friendly. The doctors always make my son's visit pleasant and they are very much concerned about their patients overall health. If I could this Doctor/ Doctor's Office a rating of ten stars  I would.

I called to make an appointment because I have my 2 year old with fever and a stomach ache. I was told that they are not seeing patients with any COVID symptoms. To take her to the hospital. Really!!!!! So they are now only Dr's for regular check ups, not for baby's that may get a infection and that's why they get fever. I will be changing this Dr for sure. Make yourself a favor and take your precious little kids somewhere else where they do care about your child. ////Llame para hacer una cita porque tengo a mi niña de 2 años enferma de calentura y dolor de estomago. Me informaron que no están tomando pacientes con ningún síntoma de COVID. Que la llevara al hospital. De verdad!!! Entonces ahora solo son doctores de citas regulares/ anuales, no para si les da una infección y por eso le da fiebre. Definitivamente cambiare a mi bebe a otro Dr. Háganse un favor y lleven a sus hermosos niños a otro lugar donde si les importe la salud de sus hijos.

i was referred over by a few friends to bring my daughter in. back in 2019 i spoke to Maria about bringing her in as a new patient. at the time she was a few days old and was in the nicu, she advised me to wait due to her being born premature- reason being was because we didn't know if she was going to need any high risk specialist's. so we stayed at the children's clinic until she was cleared from her high risk doctor. i contacted Maria @ dr Toni Johnson Chavis and she was happy to hear izabell was thriving and ready to switch her over. i have never been treated at a doctors office with such grace and professionalism. she went far and beyond to make the switch over smoothly.  she is now almost 3 and get the best care from here. the staff is super friendly, kind and professional. a big big plus for me was the covid-19 rules they set for patients... bring no extra guest  to visit was a win for me. i wouldn't want my non sick kids being exposed.

Am so disappointed for this clinic ! I had an appointment for 2 physicals for my 2 daughters , First appointment, and I took my son 3 years old the staff didn't let me in because they said the rooms were little and that that was there policy now , I ask to speak with the supervisor Maria and wasn't no help I told her "help me out I don't have nosotros to take care of my son , I put my hand in front of me to touch her shoulder was so rude to step back and said don't touch me , first time patients  I told her if she can go in she's a 16 year old girl and a 4 year old and said they have to me with a n adult ! I got a call from the doctor the youngest short hair , said we can go ahead and help you find a doctor that meets your needs , I told her I can do that my self , you have to work with parents like me that can leave there child alone , Everyones working , she didn't want to hear and said I have to click on you and so she did ! How can the staff help me if they have a doctor that didn't care and try to show any emotions to my situation, don't come here the appointments are long and this place I give it a 0 review Don't waist your time they click on you and that was a Professional HEALTH ADVISOR Thank god my kids weren't seen by this Bullies Porfavor no lleve sus hijos aki nome vieron porque yevava a mi hijo de 3 años ! La supervisó María me atendio sin corazón le dije que no tenía a nadien para cuidar mi hijo y que el tenía una cita de la doctora en la tarde que si lo podian ver , me dijo que no podia los cuartos eran pekeńo y no me ayudo le agarre el brazo y se tomó un paso atrás y me dijo no me tokes, fue grosera enfrente te toda la jente que estaba afuera !! La doctora más joven me ablo una te pelo corto y me dijo que podían ayudarme con una clínica que yo me sientiera Agusto imajinesen!!! Le dije no te procupes yo puedo ser eso, le dije que padres como yo no tenemos a jente oh familia para cuidar todos trabajan! Y me dijo la doctora te tengo que colgar nome dejo decir esta bien y me cuelga, es doctora , IN PROFESSIONAL EL ESTUDIO NO LES DA RESPETO , no traygan sus hijos aki PORFAVOR ! Las citas son largas! Son unos bullies ! Gracias Erica por ser humano

I love this Doctor's and staff. Also the doctors in Norwalk office. We have been going to this doctors for 15 years. They take their time and explain everything what you need to know. Mariella at the Norwalk office always goes out and Beyond to help the patients out all the time. I highly recommend this place.

We love this doctor have been coming here since my daughters were newborns they are 5 and 3 never had a problem and they are very very nice!

Yes I definitely would recommend Dr. Toni Chavis she takes really good care of my neice. Her employees are really nice.
