I was denied care there by an impersonal “human” over the phone. If I die tonight- it’s on her. Not sure who she is, because she refused to give me her name. She is cold and evil. She said go to er. I said I can’t. It’s far to the next er and the closer er misdiagnosed for a week of no treatment. I needed urgent care. They would not see me. Can I walk in? No! But I can’t get to ER. I can only get to you. She also refused to make an appointment for the following day.

I had a very positive experience with urgent care and a foot injury at Carbon Health Novato. All three of the team that supported me were thorough, friendly, and informative. And, they explored a few possible causes of my foot pain to rule out certain ones. I was in and out in about an hour with next steps and am already better 12 hours later. Thank you!

If you bought your insurance through covered California, they won't see you. They won't even let you self pay.

My husband and I have both had amazing care at carbon health. We have both been lucky enough to have had multiple appointments with Courtney. Her kindness and thoroughness is exceptional. I will be looking I to switching Dr.s and making Courtney my primary care doctor as she is the best doctor I have ever worked with

It's tough for me to give 5 stars but I almost did in this instance. My family has mostly used Carbon Health for COVID testing and they are always professional and efficient. We all have the Carbon app on our phones so making appointments is easy and we usually get in same day. But they also accept drop-ins which is great too. The facility is clean and the doctors have been great.

Everyone was very kind and thorough. They ran test for the flu, strep throat and both came back negative. She advised me on what to do in order to reduce the symptoms
