I trust the Novato Marin community dental clinic at all for several reasons I had my a real good dentist before he retired I went to the Novato Marin community dental clinic the first thing that they wanted to do is extract three of my teeth that I have no tooth ach at all and extract the teeth that I have a new crown on that I have no tooth ach at all and another reason for a crown they don't have a payment plan and another reason if they see a cavity they don't fill it in right away a real dentist would fill the cavity immediately right their and immediately and on top of that they had me sitting in the chair for more than two hours I would never trust the Novato Marin community dental clinic to do work on my teeth at all no way at all before you go there go to a real

Good luck trying to schedule an appointment over the phone.. you can’t reach anyone without waiting on hold for an hour first.

The phone rep is rude and very unprofessional. And in person they take so long to see you and do a mediocre job

To whom it may concern Marin Community Clinic service sucks you try to get ahold of someone they wait between one and two weeks to get back to you when you need your medication on time you call a week ahead of time and guess what they call you back 2 weeks later Emily Reedy does not listen to her patients been extremely rude I also have a stepson that goes there and she feels that she has the right to do and say anything  won't she does not have the right to tell me anything about the patient's care when that young man has given me the right to know everything concerning his health and I've had to get an attorney so they know that I am serious about the situation here attorney said they have no right to treat people like this the someone give you permission to know everything about their health they have to do exactly what that person wants. but they do not do that today they called on the phone medication which was due on the 6th. And today is 13  just got the medication today something wrong with that system when you're dealing with medication and you need it it can get you sick when you have your medication I can keep going on about this place I can keep going on about this place whole point is they suck

My Question? Why we have to stay in hours outside, and been cold, no one's don't let us inn. We been staying on lines about in hours. Is not good @ all 😡😡😡

I went to the clinic on the first day of September for a dental cleaning according to the appointment I arrived that first they have to do x-rays they are taking the first x-ray that the light was taken they told me that they would communicate with me they called me they made an appointment but that is to check up December all year round my son will not have cleaning I call to ask what they transfer me to with the supervisor or manager and I am explaining and he hangs up that lack of professionalism the truth is that bad service is going on right now before they did not have a new clinic and they treated you very well today They believe they are the owners of the place bi as the reccionistas talk to each other and one waiting in line to be attended

Marin community clinics is very unorganized. It's hard to get in for an appointment. They are rude and dont listen to your needs, long wait times. The day I left was the best decision that I have ever made

Worst healthcare provider in the state, hands down.

Marin Community Clinics is very unorganized and have very poor communication between staff. Please improve these flaws your patients deserve better.
