Amy is kind, gentle, and great at what she does!! As an aesthetic nurse myself, she really does have all of the qualities that you’d want in an injector and I highly recommend her for anyone looking for someone you can trust!

I love Amy!! She is so personable, patient, and always takes the time to listen and understand. She is incredibly knowledgeable and her honesty is refreshing! Sadly, I had to end a client relationship with Ashley at Polished by Ashley due to a lack of respect and professionalism. After over a year of being a great and reliable client, I had multiple occasions where she passed me over for appointments. Most recently, I missed my regular appointment (with a week's notice) due to to the birth of my son and so I asked her to please give me the next opening she had as my long nails were poking at my newborn. She said that she would. Instead, she posted her next opening on instagram without giving my request a second thought. When I asked her about this, she had an abundance of excuses but no apologies or efforts to fit me in. Instead she said her clients should try to find back up nail artists and said she thought there was someone doing this type of gel in Sausalito with no further detail (a silly and ineffective suggestion given I work full time and now have a newborn). I was ready to start spending big money on Botox, peels and other treatments at Glow House but Ashley left a horrid taste in my mouth with her utter lack of professionalism and, unfortunately, she represents this establishment. I am going to take my money elsewhere.

Amy the owner is excellent. I'm very happy with the work on my face for filler, Botox and everything in between. I drive all the way from. Milk Valley. my low reading is for the staff. Several times I have bumped into staff members, the young woman who answers the phone I think her name is Jenifer, and has introduced me as a patient to other patients, clearly breaking HIPAA. She is out inng the other patients and myself this has happened at a party and at a restaurant one night. I was mortified.

Amy is the best for injections, PDO Threads, microneedleing…, basically everything! She’s very concerned about your pain level. I’ve had these treatments with others and honestly have the least pain… if any at all with Amy. She doesn’t overdue what you’re getting so you look pretty natural and she doesn’t oversell either. She’s very fair with costs and follow ups. I’ve “been around” and would give Amy the highest recommendation! Thank you Amy!

Amy is SO knowledgeable and realistic about skin care. She won’t push you into anything, but helps you To make decisions based on your goals and desires. She’s professional, kind, fun, and funny. I’ve been seeing her a long while and make the drive here from 30 min away because she’s worth that!

Amy is SO incredibly knowledgeable, kind & such a straight-shooter. Don't see myself changing injectors ever, so long as I'm in Marin! Best lip injection method I've ever encountered, & mind you, I've been to 3+ plastic surgeons for HA injections prior to finding her. Glow House for the win💜
