I wholeheartedly endorse Louisa for her exceptional work! I've been a loyal client for several years now, and her services are so exceptional that I'm willing to make the commute from San Francisco to Novato. Louisa is attentive to your requirements and never pushes you into making a purchase like other spas. I've referred my friends to her, and they too have become regular clients. Louisa's office is beautifully decorated, and she uses state-of-the-art technology.

From start to finish, my experience at this clinic has been amazing!! Nurse Louisa is a superstar, she’s kind and incredibly knowledgeable, putting me at ease throughout my Visit. I received the Morpheus 8 treatment, and she was patient with me, answered all my questions, and gave great attention to detail. The facilities are top-notch, everything is modern, and they use state-of-the-art technology. I can’t recommend Medusa enough. I’ve also had Botox performed here with results that exceeded my expectations.

Today was my first treatment of Morphoes8 micro needle procedure with Louis. She is so lovey and professional. She makes you feel at ease and takes her time to explain the procedure . The procedure wasn’t very painful and I wasn’t as red as I thought I would be . I’m looking forward to my next treatment with her.
