After a fall and surgery and rehab, Family Ties Home Care took over my care at home 24/7 for almost two months. They were consistently professional, kind, and I don’t know what I would have done without their support. The agency kept in touch throughout to make sure that everything went smoothly. One of my caregivers, Molly, was absolutely terrific - consistently meeting my needs and a pleasure to have in my home, as was Alice for shorter periods of time. I highly appreciated and recommend Family Ties Home Care!

My Aunt has Alzheimer’s Disease. She has two fantastic caregivers, who work in shifts, who are both above and beyond!! DC is with her Tuesdays through Thursdays. She is loving, caring, and does everything she can to ensure my aunt’s comfort and safety. She even styles her hair and does light cleaning and laundry, as well as other tasks that make my aunt feel happy and comfortable. She even does the grocery shopping. Fridays and Saturdays VK takes excellent care of her—making meals, making conversation, keeping order in her home, grocery shopping when necessary. These two women are more than caregivers. We’re grateful to have them as part of our family. What would we do without Family Ties?! Thanks to Cathy and Adam for their wonderful business.

His team of a care manager, nurse and caregivers have given me the continued confidence that my parents are being well taken care. He makes sure he gets the right fit of personality, skill set, for your needs. I call it a careful and difficult 10,000 piece puzzle with scheduling, meeting the clients needs and the caregivers needs. It was a high recommendation to be referred to Family Ties through a labor law attorney and I knew I wanted someone professional who did everything legal, crossing the t's and dotting the i's. He is respectful to all and easy to work with. Family Ties is the second caregiver company I have used to take care of my wife and the caregivers that Adam has supplied are far superior to what I had from the previous company I was using and if I need to speak with Adam he always responds to me in a timely manner. Family Ties and its owner Adam have been amazing. For the past 18 months, Family Ties have provided in-home caregiving services to my 92 year old mother, 16 hours/day, 7 days/week, and they have never missed a single shift. The caregivers have been wonderful, compassionate, caring helpers and companions, doing everything from assisting my mom with getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, laundry, meal prep, running errands and grocery shopping, playing games and getting her to her scheduled medical appointments. The entire team has been fantastic.
