I went to get both my diagnostic and antibodies Covid-19 test at this facility today. While my diagnostic test went smoothly, during the antibodies test the lady shoved it so far up my nostril that I could feel it touch my brain and was rubbing it all around everywhere to the point that my nose bled. I'm all for being thorough but my god did it hurt. So, I suggest when booking a test at this location be wary and also people who work here please just be a smidge more gentle :D

Make sure to make an appointment before going in for covid testing. It took me about 20 minutes to get in and out. Results came in 4 hrs later.

Today was the first time we came here. We were treated respectfully and professionally. The staff was great ! We are fortunate to have this Urgent Care in our community. Thank you Lisa who checked us in and took our vitals. Thanks to the back office assistants and the Providers for taking the time to care of my family today!

This place is only good for cuts and scrapes, colds b ect. They don't have a dr on duty so it's very disappointed when you need real help. There's no urgent care here. Go straight to er. Sooooo disappointed

Was able to make an appointment online for the next day at the Oakdale location. Insurance covered the covid test. Very quick and painless. Staff was courteous and professional. Got the results via email in less than an hour. Highly worth the drive from Mountain House.

Don’t bother coming here for a same day results Covid test. They will tell you they will call you for the results at a certain time and then just not call at all. They are slow, rude and couldn’t care less about the patient. They are a joke.
