Consistency in getting my authorization ( it took medical quite a while ) the receptions or office manager was very polite all the times I would call to see if the authorization went through. I loved the dentist himself I thought he too was polite , considerate and easy goin with the mouth .

I would give this place half a star if I could. Never one to give reviews but thought I should share my experience with this place. We've been going here the past couple years an for the most part we've never had an issues and we've mentioned that we never want the fluoride treatment or amalgam fillings for our kids if they ever need it. You would think they would have it in their charts or something and I'm constantly reminding them during the appointments. Today, my daughter went in for her appointment to get her two cavities filled and my wife later found out that they used amalgam! You would think after all this time that this wouldn't be an issue. NOW after their damn mistake it's going to cost a lot of money out of pocket to go somewhere to get it removed (SMART) certified which a lot of dental offices don't have. Very furious with their costly mistake.

I took my kids to the dentist because it was the only one in Oakdale that does work on kids. We had no problem inside the office. Everything went smooth as possible. As I go to make an appointment for my next kid, They tell me that my family has been dismissed with their office. With no good reason. Now my family is forced to drive out of town to go get dental work done. I had expressed to this office that no one was willing to work on my child’s teeth and they are yet another dentist that had let me down.

Dr. Chahal and her staff are amazing. They are always honest and kind. My daughter used to be so scared of going to the dentist and now since we have been seeing Dr. Chahal my daughter has no fear. The staff is so kind and we appreciate all that they do for us

I absolutely love this dental office, the are so nice and really try an work with you and your schedule to get you in! We have been coming here for 6 years now, and they have even made my girls feel at ease when it comes to getting teeth work done! I absolutely recommend this dental office and all the ladies working there are absolutely amazing and make you feel like family! We sure will miss you guys so much!

Don't let the name fool you — Oakdale Kids and Orthodontics sees adult patients too! As a 37-year-old lifelong Oakdale resident, I'm so glad I gave them a try. The dentist was calm, sweet, and had a great smile that instantly put me at ease. The whole staff was friendly and attentive, answered all my questions, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend — for kids AND adults!
