My husband and I have been with Dr Schaffner for..."years". He is an excellent Dr who cares, spends many hours (over and beyond the call) for his patients and we cannot say enough about him!

Doctor Schaffner felt my dad had cancer but never referred him to an oncologist. He did prescribe drugs, Vicodin, but this did nothing for the pain, of course. My father was tortured by this doctor.

Continued care that his patients "expect" from Dr Schaffner, "is moving on up" (smile...to upstairs, at same location, but now with Seventh Day Adv Hlth Group, entire staff seem to be as a team w/him!

Dr. DAN took me on as a patient when I was self employed and uninsured. He jas been my PCp for over 15 years, and has saved my life twice in that time frame. Once from Valley Fever, and once with pneumonia. He recently helped me land a job after a medical issue popped up during a pre-employment exam, and follow up was needed. Easy to talk to, and down to earth person. Thank you Dr. DAN!

The only great thing about my elderly mom living in the little backward town of Oakhurst is that she has this fantastic dr who really cares about her and listens! Once, she was in the waiting room just to pick up a friend (no appt of her own) and she happened to cough while the good Dr was in hearing range. He immediately recognized her problem and got her treatment for her walking pneumonia! He is on top of new information and flexible in his thinking. I am very grateful to him!
