Victoria is the absolute best acupuncturist. She’s gentle (good for scaredy cats like myself), patient, and knowledgeable. I always walk out of my appointments on a bed of clouds. I’ve since moved away and one of the things I miss the most are those visits with Victoria.

I can’t begin to share how amazing this place has been for me and my entire family! The first time I came here I was living in So Cal and could not get relief from pain in my leg. One session and I left pain free! I have continued to come here since. This is a warm and inviting place and Victoria is incredible.

Blue Sky Acupuncture is a gem of a place. Very clean and cozy, with a great atmosphere and décor. But, the best part is the quality of the service. I have a stiff neck and tight lower back. I also have ulnar nerve neuropathy. So, I recently started getting acupuncture to help with the tight muscles. I get a treatment every week, and I often combine it with cupping or gua sha, which is scraping with a copper tool to increase blood flow and break up adhesions. No matter what treatment I get, I always feel great afterwards. Victoria is so good at what she does. Not only that, but she is warm, kind, and dedicated to making her patients feel better. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure you get the absolute treatment possible. I feel very lucky and thankful I discovered this gem of a place!!

Hands down, Victoria is my favorite acupuncturist. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and effective. After years of not having my period, I started getting it back with her expertise. I ended up moving away and am looking for another acupuncturist. I wish I could've taken her with me! If you're looking for a calm place with much positivity/encouragement, professionalism, and effectiveness, you've finally found it!

Victoria is amazing! I've had chronic back pain since my accident for years. I honestly thought I'd have to feel dull achy pain daily for the rest of my life!!! That's when a staff member referred me to Victoria. During my initial visit, Victoria asked a series of questions. She determined my needs and began to needle. At that point in time, I had high levels of pain throughout my back. Not only did Victoria needle all of my trauma points, she also placed CBD ointment and a heat lamp on the area that bothered me the most. Victoria also did some flash cupping for me as well. The next day, following my initial visit, my lingering pain disappeared!!! I could not believe that just after 1 visit, that my pain level diminished. Victoria is currently open for essential employees during the pandemic and I am truly grateful. Not only are her needling skills on point, she's also warm and compassionate. Seeing her brightens my day! Thank you Victoria!!! Also, she takes Landmark insurance!!! All of my colleagues and I swear by her!!!

When you have a mother-in-law as an acupuncturist you're a bit picky on who you let work on you, especially when you're pregnant! After searching around for a while I stumbled upon Victoria at Blue Sky Acupuncture. Victoria has always made me feel relaxed and comfortable, something that's hard to do when you're in your third trimester. She was able to give me treatments specific to my needs and genuinely cared to alleviate any aches and pains I had. Many times studios focus on only Chinese or Western medicine but I appreciated the fact that she's knowledgable and good mix between the two. I definitely recommend her!

Victoria is a godsend! She's kind, knowledgeable, patient, and really good at what she does. I always leave her studio feeling 100x times better and more relaxed than before I walked in the door. It's also really easy to schedule appointments online. Hurry up and get your butt in there for an acupuncture treatment.

Lisa is awesome! I had been dealing with severe sciatica pain in lower back, buttock, and down towards the knee for the last month. After steroids, muscle relaxers, and trying to solve it on my own I decided to see Lisa because of her passion for Sports Medicine Acupuncture. I am an avid athlete who loves to golf and play ice hockey. I was excited to see she had experience and passion for implementing sports into acupuncture. Lisa is wonderful at understanding your pain levels and talking you through how bad things have gotten as well as goals for your future and how to get there. She is very patient and cares for your comfort. She also provides a discount for Kaiser Permanente health insurance members which was a huge plus for me while researching acupuncture studios in Oakland. Highly recommend Lisa Langlands and I will be back.
