List of Brittany Kausen's Reviews
She sucks. Time management. Compassion.
My overall visit with Dr. Kausen was very awkward and uncomfortable. From the moment she walked into the room she was aggressive and not compassionate. I told her I was having issues and made me feel like I wasn’t doing enough and made me feel like it wasn’t a big deal. She wasn’t compassionate at all and this is something that’s been extremely affecting me. When we did the exam she had a medical assistant in the room watching without asking my permission and the assistant was staring at me down there the whole time. They made me feel really gross and uncomfortable. She made me feel dumb for not knowing what past vaccines I’ve had when it was all in the system. She acted like she couldn’t see any of my records when later a nurse pulled it all up in 2 seconds. Overall it was very disappointing and she didn’t tell me anything about my Heath and what she observed. She didn’t ask me any personal questions to get to know me a little better like most doctors have done in the past. It seemed like she wanted to get in and get out. She’s definitely in the wrong profession and needs to be careful how’s she approaching her patients.
I couldn’t agree more with the previous review on here. I wasn’t surprised at all to read that someone else basically had the same exact experience as me. Kausen is extremely demeaning and very condescending. She is absolutely in the wrong profession. She has no compassion or kindness towards people which is awful being that she’s a “doctor.” But worst of all she doesn’t know how to answer questions. I’m not exaggerating. Her answers to my questions were just completely irrelevant. It’s like she just ignored what I asked and just started to recite random info from her med school textbooks or something. Her answers to my questions were also so vague at times. There was a lot of yes or no answers with no explanation. I didn’t even bother prying her for an explanation after realizing how rude she was. From the beginning she made me feel like she had more important things to do with her time than to answer any of my questions which is funny being that she’s the one who told me to schedule a virtual visit with her to begin with. Don’t know why she would even tell me to do that if she’s going to be so impatient and act like she has better things to do with her time. I honestly wish I just ended the appointment with her sooner. But it gets worse from here When I asked her a certain question and tried to clarify why I’m asking the question based on what I’m experiencing she literally cut me off and told me “Do you think you know everything or do you want to hear what I have to say?” I was dumbfounded that a so called “doctor” could react in such a rude and uncalled for manner to a patient especially when I didn’t say anything to set her off like that. She’s truly full of herself. After that statement I really realized that she has problems and is truly a sick person. In the end she left me feeling even more confused and more overwhelmed with uncertainty after the appointment. Again none of my questions were answeredexplained well. I don’t expect doctors to be perfect and know everything but her knowledge base was clearly lacking. I got the sense that she was intimidated by me asking her harder questions and again she dealt with that by repeating irrelevant nonsense that had nothing to do with my question in the first place. She even seemed annoyed that I did my own research and was advocating for myself. She showed attitude smirked at inappropriate times to make me feel stupid and made me feel like I’m bothering her with my questions. I can go on but unfortunately I already wasted enough time writing this much. So if you’re reading this DON’T pick her as your doctor or even bother to make an appointment with her. And if the “doctor” is reading this please go get some help. You clearly shouldn’t be a doctor if you’re going to treat people like garbage. Absolutely despicable
Dr. Kausen is a robot telling you exactly what you could get from a Google search. She doesnt listen to the words you are saying and lacks any empathy or human kindness. I had a phone call with her which ended in tears on my part because she was not listening. I told her by the end that I wanted to switch doctors. Top top it off after the call she had her assistant call me to cancel my next appointment How rude Ive never had this experience with a medical professional.
Does not appear to think outside the box when it comes to
On a very trying day Dr. Kausen was caring patient and thorough. I definitely recommend her.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
