I needed to have a skin tag on my neck removed. I came to city health in Montclair(it used to be Montclair sports store). It was plenty of meter parking just arrive a little earlier to avoid having an issue.i checked in at the front desk.. and was seen by ghazal . She's such a sweetheart.. very knowledgeable. I had an amazing appointment and was able to ask some questions about about my acne . She recommended some products for me to try and gave me a sample .. this by far was the best experience I had at an urgent care facility

We had to go to urgent care today due to a fall I took yesterday, thinking it’s broken 😞. The team at CityHealth was just wonderful, so kind and efficient. My care team, Tatiana and Angelee couldn’t have been any kinder… the X-ray tech, receptionist, physician assistant, all made my visit as comfortable and quick possible. Thank you!

I got micro needling with PRP and Botox injections done at CityHealth with their PA, Aria, and had a such a wonderful experience. Aria had excellent bedside manners and made me feel comfortable with her calm and soothing demeanor. Her technical aesthetic skills were impressive and she was precise and thorough with the micro needling taking her time with me. She possessed expert knowledge about the PRP process and answered all my questions thoroughly. Her approach with Botox was very precise but conservative putting the safety of the patient first without trying to overdo it and risk potential complications She also offered me a touch-up later if I was not satisfied with the results. The results were fantastic and my face is still glowing after just one session. I can't wait to return for another session soon and I highly recommend Aria!

Really impressed with my experience here. The PA Aria was really helpful! She was able to answer all my questions and address all my concerns with my skin! She also did my Botox and I love it! Will be going to her for all my derm concerns moving forward.

Went here for the first time to get a lip flip done and the job was amazing!! The customer service here was excellent and It feels so welcoming at the clinic! My Botox was done very gently as well! Ghezal and aria were great! I will definitely be coming back, this place is definitely worth it!!

I rest my case. Got a message on Yelp from the manager saying she was sorry for my experience and could I send her my contact information so we could talk. I sent it and got back a message of "may I ask who this is". I explained I was supplying the information she requested and that is the last I have heard. No email or text or discussion. Clearly NOT interested in talking about my terrible experience.

I have read the reviews and none of them matched my concerns. I went to this clinic three years ago I was in lots of pain, cramps in my legs every night , unfortunately I couldn't visit the clinic I was using with my Medicare. Yes services were good. But I was so estres out that I didn't pay attention to my bills. They send it directly to Ally Bank, I have been paying for 3 years and my account will not go down. Please people pay attention when you go to this clinic, they are not doing good.
