If I could I would definitely put 0 stars.Changed my physician. Diana suggests women to get an abortion as soon as they find out they are pregnant and does not cooperate with the health of her patients. These people at the front desk are of no service to people who are not Hispanic. You have to speak Spanish to talk to them, or even go there.. but not only that...... they won’t give you service unless they literally FEEL like it. Way to go for taking our money out of unnecessary appointments! Been waiting for a prior authorization for my prescription for a week now. My provider Sarah sent out a medication and went straight to vacation without sending the form when I asked her too the day of the appointment. Did the blood work, and all other questionnaire just for all of them to act dumb and put peoples lives at risk... need I mention they never told me there was a doctor there who would be able to help my needs for over 7 years!

Lo que no me gusta de esta clinica es que nunca encuentra uno parqueo la semana pasada mi hija ocupaba un tb test se me ocurrio parquearme en el charro market la tienda que esta enfrente y al lado la tienda del wic se llevaron mi carto y me cobraron 300$ de la grua como es posible que te cobren tanto ni la ciudad te cobra esa tarifa y todo porque nunca hay parqueo.

I took my daughter 3 times there because I felt like she was sick every time they would just say "its normal she's fine" when they didn't even take the time to check her good..I took my daughter to another clinic and instantly they said she had a virus and was transported to the E.R...the doctors there said they were disappointed at this clinic for not knowing how to do their job

Very bad & unprofessional doctors here I am very disappointed they never take the time to check my child’s health they always give you the wrong info about vaccines. Never take your child to this clinic.

there medical was ok but their dental was sukky i really didnt like it they did a filling on my tooth and then it was hurting i went to another dental office and found out i still had a cavity

no one awnsered phone calls and if they did i was kept on hold for the longest time! unfriendly service! san antonio clinic was quick but they had me waiting 3 hrs and no one seemed to care to see me waiting so long!
