I wouldn't give this place a star at all, this place is horrible they neglect your health and the staff there is very rude they have attitudes like they don't want to work and they give you the run around. So I called due to severe vomiting in pregnancy and the nurse practitioner was rude and said to get a covid test and I told her I already did and I Know I'm having nausea and vomiting from pregnancy not covid not to mention I have a 7 month old she told me to go the emergency room which wasn't going to happen as I said I have a baby. I was lied to that a prescription was sent in on the 10th and I continued to call the pharmacy and there was no prescription so then I called the office back n got the run around and was told to call after hours and speak wit another doctor so I did and then the lady who assisted me was very rude telling me about a policy and I couldn't get any help and had to wait until Monday, I then called again Saturday to get help n still received no help an was told I had to wait til Monday because they're limited staff, mind you they all have been sending this nurse practitioner urgent messages and got no response now here it is Monday and the practitioner still hasn't responded nor called so at this point I feel like my health is being neglected because I expressed the severity of my symptoms and I'm still being told I can't get help.....this is ridiculous and I've never experienced this kind of health neglect from anyone except for when I came to this clinic.....
They are not equipped to deal with people who have amputations. If you cannot get out of you wheelchair by yourself, they cannot help you. They will not be able to examine you at all. Sad!
this place is a shit hole. staff is ghetto unorganized lost my sdi forms 4 xs. never answer the phone and when they do they transfer you into the abyss where no one will get your message or return your call. i sent paperwork along wigth a long letter to dr. oct 4,2018 and its now nov12, i havent heard shit back. i had a heart attack last july 2017 i asked that dr fill out my sdi so i could get paid for time off work, never did. i was out of work no money and couldnt pay bills, rent etc... i also couldnt geta release to go back to work. long story short those son of a bitches did not honor the time sensitive urgency in either filling out my sdi forms or releasing me back to work. I LOST MY JOB MY APT i had to move. im filing a major law suit. These people are straight ghetto ass trash.. they cant even spell or speak normal english ikts all ghetto. and they stare and glare and laugh while youre in a life changing situation. they could care less, and prejudice as all hell. i hate this place and the assholes working there
It's local
Long before there was the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), there were services being provided by West Oakland Health Center. I am glad that they are still there serving not only those in the immediate area but from other communities as well.
What a great clinic !! All of the staff were very helpful and professional, I would recommended this clinic to any friends or family members!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
