Do yourself a favor and work with Dr Wachs. I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She has the best bedside manner.. through weekly appointments and surgery! I would trust her with anything.. an unbelievable surgeon and doctor!

Dr. Wachs is warm, detail-oriented, and takes her time. Being so sad with prolonged infertility- it was so important to me that my doctor have a high emotional IQ. Was emotionally scarred from a previous "terrible experience" IVF experience.

She is very by the books. If you have a straight forward case and want to do the 3 months Clomid, 3 months IUI, (maybe injectables), and then IVF, she will get you there. If you want to discover the reason for your infertility, or your case is less straightforward, she will still go through that same system, you might end up pregnant or just confused and tired. I went to my Gyno and in one day he discovered a hostile CM problem that Dr. Wachs hadn' discovered in almosta year of working with me

My wife and I are a same sex couple and were a bit nervous going into IUI to try and start a family for two reasons: one, neither of our insurance companies will cover this and second, we know most patients being seen are straight couples. But our experience with Dr. Wachs has been beyond amazing. heres why: 1. Wait time: hardly an issue. maybe 10 minutes at the most, one of the fastest dr offices i've been to. 2. Patient - Dr relationship: Dr. Wachs is very professional but also very personable. I know she must have been very busy, but every time you're with her, she never gives you that impression. she devotes as much time as you need each visit, is gentle during ultrasounds, and just all around is a very nice person. 3. The staff: wow. they have individualized jobs, a different person to take you through the next step, financial issues and payment, and booking for appointments. They would call us just to see how we were doing, make sure labs were conducted without issue, and just to make sure we didn't need anything. i felt comfortable paying for this all out of pocket because the service was that good. We got pregnant with on our first try, and i have to believe that the easy they put us in and the professional manner they acted in had a lot to do with it. We are excited for our first, and know we will see Dr. Wachs when we want to try for our second! She even had us come in at 8 weeks so we could listen to our babies heart beat and make sure we were doing well :)

The entire staff was exceptional, despite the emotional roller coaster which Dr. Wachs and staff couldn't do anything, They provided clarity and peace of mind. Hugs when you need them and a tender heart, laughter and love in a challenging time. I trusted the staff and Dr. Wachs with all my resources and my body, I would do it again! Thank you Dr. Wachs. We plan to welcome our twin boys in September.

We had the best experience with Dr Wachs after having a horrible experience at another clinic. She really cares about the health and safety of her patients and we felt fully supported and in constant contact with her throughout the whole process. The other clinic had insisted I needed IVF which caused me to overstimulate badly, but Dr Wachs was able to help us achieve pregnancy by just taking a few pills. She is amazing. We would refer anyone who is having fertility problems and we will definitely go to her again when we want to have another child.
