I was looking for a POC dermatologist and was referred to Dr. Roseborough by my MD. Today was my first visit so only giving 3 stars until I get a little bit more familiar with the clinic and the Derm. Dr R. was very patient with my many questions/issues to discuss and so was her medical assistant. I agree with other reviews that said she has great patient bedside manners (good energy, attentive, listens to details well, and does not try to sell you many expensive products). The only feedback that I would give is that I took the time (as I always do) to complete all the Intake paperwork thoroughly and send photos when appropriate so that there's more time to talk since medical visits are always on a time limit. It definitely saves time. She didn't review mind :( I'm sure she was busy Aside from that, I look forward to seeing her again after I follow the treatment plan she gave me today. Lastly, the phone system isn't too bad. There are lots of businesses that communicate over text. Clinic staff got back to me and answered all my questions over texts. I got through to them over the phone as well.

The worse place ever! I regret going in there ! I wanted Botox they suggested fillers the receptionist and the doctor promoting it. I don't recognize myself now and have many problems getting something on my nose like harpies and the fillers are too high my eyes are looking tiny and they were my best part of my face! Don't go in there! You look good they will mess you up!

After reading several comments, I can corroborate that no one will answer your call or texts if you call during office hours. They are utilizing some kind of horrible AI chat system that is incredibly frustrating. If this is how they run their practice, profits over the bare minimum (assuming the AI system costs less than front desk staff), I can bet the care one will receive will be much the same. I've rarely bothered to jump on any app to leave a review but the fact that they aren't even able to answer/return a call is beyond frustrating. Especially when finding a decent healthcare provider can already be so stressful. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother trying to schedule an appointment.

I cannot recommend Dr. Wang highly enough!! He is a brilliant and compassionate dermatologist. He takes his time to speak to and examine you to really figure out what is going on. He clearly cares deeply about his patients and making sure they have the best results. Outstanding dermatologist!

I have had a great experience with Dermatology Center of the East Bay. I realize some feel frustrated that when calling the office you may get a recording to leave your name and number for a call back but I am aware that specialists are often extremely busy and the front desk personnel may be focused on dealing with patients in the office. When I did get a call back a few hours later from the Oakland office, I spoke with Lou who was so kind and helpful after expressing concern over a recent biopsy result. She penciled me into the calendar to save a spot for a consultation with Dr. Tajirian while waiting for confirmation of the referral from my PCP. Lou called me back confirming my appointment and I luckily was able to meet with Dr. Tajirian quickly without waiting months which is so often the case with specialists. Dr. Tajirian was prompt, knowledgeable and straight forward as to what procedure needed to take place. The actual procedure took place in the Lafayette office. My experience in both locations with Dr. Tajirian and her office staff was stellar. I highly recommend Dermatology Center of the East Bay.

The staff at the Dermatology Center are consistently attentive and professional -- from prompt front desk staff, to highly trained medical assistants and collaborative MD and NP physicians providing up-to-date and evidence-based care (I'm in the medical field and this is very important to me.) I've been under the care of Tarquin Alwattar, Nurse Practitioner, for the previous 8 months and appreciate the scope and depth of her expertise as well as her upbeat personality and caring nature. I highly recommend this practice!
