Dr. Tigno was the 8th specialist doctor I saw and she solved the mystery of my 1+ year coughing bout! She's really dialed into her patients, at least this was my experience, and am now on medicine to combat my weird auto immune disease. My friends say it's a miracle, from how annoying it was to be around me before I saw Dr. Tigno. I hardly cough anymore and feel my life has been restored! Thank you for your Wonderwoman abilities, Dr. Tigno! Rockstar!

She saved my life. What can I say?

Dr Tigno is a good and caring doctor but unfortunately the medical assistants that work in her office aren't. The women in charge of refills and appointments by phone are very unprofessional and nefarious. Over the yrs, patients I've spoken with have been subject to their abuse and rudeness. If anyone complains to Dr Tigno or is unliked by these women, they're refills are delayed and they have a terrible time trying to get an appt with her. Another home care provider to an elderly male patient w/ lung disease was told by the medical asst 'Linda' that his prescription was filled. Sadly, the pharmacist was heart broken all day having to tell them it wasn't, knowing how sick Dr Tigno's patient was.
