Really disgusting billing practices. I dread using their services at my provider’s facility because of it.

East Bay Anesthesiology's billing office referred the delinquent account of a patient to a debt collection agency named "Rash Curtis and Associates". This agency, Rash Curtis, mistook EBA's patient for me. Their patient just happens to have a first and last name that are the same as my two middle names. They reported this delinquent account to the three credit reporting bureaus, giving them MY information even though my SSN, DOB, address etc... were all different than EBA's delinquent patient. Calling EBA was no help, their back office is extremely opaque, unhelpful and unknowledgeable. Turns out they use a 3rd party billing service which I contacted as well. All in all it took about 2 months to get this all corrected and in the meantime my credit card companies abruptly canceled my accounts. This was all because EBA chose to contract with an incompetent debt collection agency. This business decision by East Bay Anesthesiology Medical Group is a poor one, and reflects their poor business practices and office management. I hope they get their S*** figured out before their decision hurt more people.
