The Health Center service is ok but they offer the worst customer service and billing department. They charged me for a service that I've never received. They just apologize for their bad service but keep pushing me to pay something that I never got. I recommend you go somewhere else if you don't want to be fooled.

Just don’t come here if you value your time. If I could rate a 0 I most definitely would. You WILL spend 2+hrs here, even if you are the first appointment. I had a doctor try to transfer me to a neurologist and he didn’t even look at my chart or know my damn name. Then I called three days straight for a prescription they supposedly sent to the pharmacy and not once got a response. So I went back up there and they told me the doctor doesn’t come in until the afternoon YET the person who was in line in front of me has an appointment with the same doctor.

Even though I'm from Oakland this is my first time here the staff was very nice very friendly the doctor was awesome I felt very comfortable and appreciate them being quick I got in and out within an hour

This is my second visit to the new dentist at the East Oakland Health Center. Dr. Eleanor Haley was wonderful. Her chairside manner was professional, she talks to you to keep you informed on what she is doing and most importantly, she is gentle. It sounds funny to say, but wow, I enjoyed by time in the dentist chair. Please, if you have any anxiety about going to the dentist, I would recommend both Dr. Haley and Dr. Dulava. You can't go wrong with either one of these very competent dentist. Thank You!
