Cuabdo llamas te dan una hora de cita, el día de la cita Citan a todas las personas a la misma hora, a todos, solo para darles un número y esperar ai horas, espere por 3:20 minutos mi turno. Un lugar no muy nice, es muy antiguo, su personal no es muy amable y nonte ayudan en tus dudas solo te dicen luego le van a explicar, necesite documentos que no me dijeron que trajera.

Yo siempre digo, lo bueno tiene espera y el Dr. Lovato es muy bueno y tiene muy buena personalidad junto con su equipo en la oficina. asi que si tienen que esperar por lo bueno sean pacientes. Great Doctors and staff. I have kaiser but when I see myself in trouble I run with him.

I saw Dr. Lovato for first time today! He was amazing. He spent about 45 minutes to an hour with me. He was very thorough. He even taught me about the glycemic index and how I can use it to know how to make better food choices.The receptionist and medical assistant were both very friendly.I did have to wait a little while, but it was well worth the wait!I would recommend Dr. Lovato to my family and friends.

They make an appointment for you but still have you waite in line to be help Then what's the point of making an appointment! Receptionist was very rude while explaining the procedure

This clinic takes forever to take you in! They give you an appointmentt but for what if if you go in there and you get seen by the doctor 2-3 hours later, after your appointment time.. So pointless to even make appointments when y'all don't stick to them.. Worst service ever!!!!!!

Incompetent doctor; I told him about my symptoms hoping he would have some insight however he simply said, “what should I prescribe you?” Uncaring, condescending staff as well. They give you the run around and don’t know how to submit prior authorizations without critical errors leading to denials and preventable delays. The culture of this clinic is saddening. I truly feel for his patient’s and am astonished as to how he is in practice.

The office is disorganized. Patients waiting to be seen are left outside for over an hour after being told by an assistant they would be back out to assist us. Ridiculous.

Dr. Lovato ensures that his patients receive the best care. Not only is he a great advocate for his patients, but he is also very compassionate which makes all the difference in an exceptional doctor.

Ridiculous wait times at this office and terrible customer service. Assistants don't communicate how long the way time will take to see the doctor. Staff does not apologize for long wait times. Terrible! Been here twice and each time have waiting 3 hours to get attended.
