Very nice Doctor. You don't sit and wait for hours. Some staff could do better about your paper work. You can also call the doctor after hours. Very clean office. Make you fill right at home

doctor doesnt listen. robotic. seems unqualified to see patients. not sure how this guy got an MD

One of the best doctors I have ever had (his staff is also excellent). Always there when I needed him and was able to answer questions. He has been the only doctor to ever suggest I see a specialist for an ear issue I've had off an on for several years (but now have no longer). If I had medication I'd forgotten to ask for a refill for he would quickly help me and have it sent over to the pharmacy. Thank you!

Dr. Eugene McMillan does not return phone calls nor does he professionally interact with patientshe seems to demonstrate his behavior from an emotional standpoint and that is troubling to me. Terrible customer service.

Very disorganized office, assistant messed up my prescription then went on vacation then the doctor did the same thing. Had the nerve to be confused about why I refused to come back or give a recommendation.

TERRIBLE STAFFERS WOULD NOT GIVE ME THERE NAME ON THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED. STAFF PERSON LIED ABOUT TAKING AN APPOINTMENT, TELLING ME SHE DIDNT DO IT WHEN SHE IS THE ONLY ONE THERE. THAT IS FILIPINO WITH A SHARP ACCENT. AND THEN DISHONORING IT WHEN I SHOWED UP. THE HEARTLESS DOCTOR WOULD NOT SEE NOR SPEAK WITH ME. NOR EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THEY WOULD MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME AND NOT ALLOW ME TO GO THROUGH WITH IT. I NEEDED A PRESCRIPTION REFILL OR I WOULD GET VERY ILL AND THEY LEFT ME HIGH AND DRY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS OR HEALTH OR HUMAN BEINGS. DONT EVER GO HERE. THIS PLACE IS SUPPOSEDLY MY CARE GIVER MY HEALTH PROFESSIONAL BUT THEY ARE INSENSITIVE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.
