I've been going to Mizu acupuncture and wellness for about a year now and Nhu's care and knowledge is unbeatable. I always see her when I'm in the Bay and leave with an amazing experience. Booking is super easy and simple. Would recommend if you're looking for acupuncture in the Bay.

Nhu is such a wonderful and thoughtful practitioner. Going to Mizu Wellness has been life changing for my health and well being!

Nhu is an amazing acupuncturist. Her needles/needling style is painless. She's incredibly skillful and knowledgable. She has good advice for herbal treatments and alternative strategies for healing. She's accommodating, easy going, and fun to talk to. Nhu has treated me for chronic joint pain in my knees, joint pain in my jaw, and to balance out my hormonal fluctuations. I was having several symptoms related to perimenopause (full body joint pain, increase in brain instability due to hormonal fluctuations) and since I've been seeing her most of my symptoms are gone. My knee pain still comes and goes but that's been lifelong so I don't have high hopes there, all my other joint pain is gone. Her booking platform is incredibly simple and easy to use for scheduling (mentioned by another person)

Nhu has been so supportive and helpful in my health journey. Dealing with chronic pain and fatigue and plenty of other symptoms from long COVID along with other systemic and autoimmune issues has been such a struggle, and Nhu has helped me manage them and helped me stay functional for nearly a year of weekly support. Every session we talk about what's happening currently, she listens carefully and places needles where I need them the most. I can't recommend her enough to people seeking balancing, enlivening and healing care. Acupuncture sessions with Nhu are at the top of my self care list. I trust her immensely and am so grateful to be in her care.

Nhu has created a warm, healing environment. When I leave each treatment, I feel relaxed and happy. She is a kind soul and a gifted healer. Highly recommend.

Nhu is a very experienced and kind acupuncturist. Her office is impeccable and clean, and she takes the time to listen carefully. I recently started seeing Nhu after my insurance *finally* started covering acupuncture. After having gone to community acupuncture for years, I was excited and nervous. What would it be like to have this much attention on just me?? Nhu is an absolute dream. She knows her stuff, all while being easy to talk to. The intake was so thoughtful and thorough. She's incredibly skilled in creating an open, friendly vibe. I felt comfortable communicating what I needed around wellness, down to specific details. Now I started during COVID, so we did the conversational part over the phone, and I only came in person for my needles. Since then, every appointment has been so smooth and lovely. Nhu is gentle in her application and always takes the time to answer questions when I have them. I already notice the difference in both my physical and emotional wellness (I'll spare you from the laundry list of issues I attend acupuncture for) after just a month. It's just what I needed, especially during this time. A special COVID note: A+ when it comes to safety protocols. Nhu sends a health survey in advance of every appointment, greets you at the door to let you in (no waiting area), takes your temperature, and guides you toward a specific room that's ready for you. Hand sanitizer available, and Nhu definitely keeps her distance when she's not doing the actual acpuncture. +++ for a woman of color (from the Bay, to boot!) owned business. So happy to patron Mizu Acupuncture and Wellness. Pro tip: add an extra few minutes to your travel time for parking.

I have been seeing Nhu since May 2018. Prior to seeing her, I was having difficulty sleeping,headaches, suffering from back and carpal tunnel. Since receiving ongoing treatment, I sleep throughout the night!! My headaches are gone, and my carpal tunnel is minimal!! I am so amazed how this has greatly helped me. Nhu is very knowledgeable, caring, and clearly loves doing her job. She always sits and ask how I am doing and approaches treatment in a holistic way..
