Working with Jen over the past 1+ year has been truly transformational. Jen is such gifted healer, listener, and overall incredible human. Her treatments have helped me to relax and release on the deepest level and improve my overall physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I cherish my weekly appointments and I'm so glad I've made acupuncture part of my routine.

I started seeing Jen weekly for acupuncture and cupping 6 months ago with just a lot going on physically and mentally. A year before I started seeing Jen, at 32 years old, I'd been diagnosed with a rare autoimmune syndrome that caused kidney disease and uveitis out of the blue (kidneys functioning at 32%) and was put on high-dose steroids for 9 months. By the end of my prednisone journey, my kidneys were functioning at 82%, but I'd really succumbed to the side effects of the drug - I'd gained 30 lbs from the steroids, couldn't sleep, had irregular monthly cycles, experienced hair loss and acne, was depressed, anxious, emotional, etc. With Jen's treatments and following her simple lifestyle and diet recommendations, I started to feel better emotionally and in my body, my hair started to grow back, my skin cleared up, and the weight fell off. I was sleeping through the night, had energy again, and started to feel calmer. My cycle regulated and PMS symptoms have gotten significantly better. Doctors had told me that my kidney function would most likely never reach 100% for the rest of my life and this syndrome could always come back, but my tests from the past 4 months have all been clear that my kidneys are fully functioning at 100%. 6 months later, I feel at peace with the situation and can finally move forward. Jen really listens to me, she acknowledges the trauma of the whole experience. She has created a space that I look forward to being in every week and has really met me where I'm at. Going thru IVF in my early 40's, my partner and I was lucky enough to get 1 embryo for FET but had trouble getting my body ready for transplant and implantation. I could not get my uterine lining up pass 5.5. After a few weeks of accupuncture 2-3x's a week and some lifestyle changes Jennifer recommended, we finally got my lining up to 7.2 and am successfully pregnant!! 100% recommend!!!

Jenny is a gifted healer and an absolute gem! I began seeing her last year for serious GI and hormone imbalance issues which were only partially managed by my physician. Her treatments have significantly decreased both my symptoms and general stress and inflammation. Honestly though, that's only half the reason I continued to see Jenny. When I first came to Jenny, I was depressed, discouraged, and doubting myself after months of gaslighting from the medical community. From the beginning, Jenny listened deeply, affirmed what I already knew to be my body's truth, and mentored and encouraged me as I continued to take on the medical system to get the care I needed. Jenny is the ultimate healer. I initially contacted her because I was navigating through tricky waters of insomnia and generalized anxiety, and found acupuncture to help with both of these things in the past. Fast forward 8 months later from when I first laid on Jenny's table and my life has completely transformed. She has helped me to stabilize my mood, my sleeping patterns, recovery from exercise, truly everything.
