I can't say enough good things about Dr. Reshma Vasanwala, and about the services offered at Refine. What a terrific find! She is such an expert in her craft that with one look she can tell you what to do first for the most impact, what to do next, etc. She takes photos before each treatment, and we look back at them together later - what a difference! My skin is looking much better now, all thanks to her.

Bad customer service, I think $150 or $200 to speak for 10 minutes is ridiculous. I also didn't feel that the owner Dr truly cares. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Dr Reshma Vasanwala is a godsend! She has excellent bedside manner - highly skilled and knowledgeable in her practice! I have seen her for 2 sessions of under eye EZ gel and microneedling with PRF. I could not be happier with the results! Even after one session, I started to notice a visible improvement in just a few weeks! My acne scars have faded and my under eyes have gradually built more volume. Overall, my skin looks more youthful and radiant. Exactly what I asked for - I could not recommend her enough!

I tried the Yumi Lash Lift and Tint for the first time, and I don't know why I didn't do it sooner! My esthetician was Marian, and she was the best! She walked me through every step and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The end results are amazing. It's been a few weeks and my lashes still look naturally curled and lifted. I 100% recommend, and will be coming back to try a diamond glow facial next time for my best friends wedding!

My experience at Refine Anti-Aging was very thorough and provided realistic results. I entered the office in a desperate state to address hair loss and regrowth. The office vibe is clean, organized with chill tunes. Before meeting Dr. V for a free consultation, Lorra the receptionist greeted me warmly offering tea and chocolates. Once entering Dr V’s treatment room, I was provided a professional assessment and accessible scientific explanation of what the PRF treatment could offer to support me in my situation. It was a really hard to decision due to the cost of the treatments but the expertise Dr V conveyed was confident and comforting. I signed up for 4 treatments of PRF injections and between the 1st and 2nd treatment, I noticed a significant difference where the hair fallout stopped completely. My hair also felt thicker and stronger which in the past was brittle and suffered from breakage. After 4 treatments over the course of 5 months, my scalp still shows gaps as my hair follicles are still regenerating regrowth but with the results of stopped hair loss and brittleness, I am very content with my choice with this procedure. I can feel my scalp really needed a direct topical boost of nutrients. The highlight of my experience centered around Dr V’s and Lorra’s delicate care during my first treatment visit when they encountered difficulty to draw my blood. Luckily, they were able to ask another practitioner onsite for support. It was an intense experience for all of us and the office team really held it together with composure and compassion. The rest of the treatments in the coming months unfolded with ease. I’m truly grateful for this experience as I feel more confident in my body. I highly recommend considering this particular medspa for any specific skin and hair care needs.

Nope, not going back there. I was going to do my follow up sessions with her, but the way she rushed me to do the procedure, even doing the consent forms for me and making feel bad for not wanting my photos to be posted publicly by saying “you don’t have much followers anyway” and not discussing my choices for the types of PRF I want to use and went ahead with the PRF gel which is more expensive. Not a nice experience. Only the front desk lady was nice

I highly recommend her services, I have had a great outcome with all areas that she worked on. She has superb skills as an esthetician and will go an extra mile to make her clients happy. I have had two services done by her: Red Carpet Trifecta facial and Yumi lash lift and brow lamination. I have had many facials over the years and in my personal experience she is the very best. Give her a try and you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to coming back for more services.
